Globalement parfait
Pros:

Grand lit plus large que long !... qui ne prenait pas plus du tiers de la chambre tant elle était grand (n° 208).
Grand salle de bain. Le tout très propre et en bon état.

Cons:

Un fauteuil supplémentaire aurait été appréciable surtout qu'il y avait assez de place.
Le robinet du lavabo et la chasse des WC devraient être révisés.

Very clean beautiful old property

Cons:

Breakfast particularly the hot selection was v disappointing. Tasteless scrambled eggs , sliced and overcooked frankfurter sausage and very fatty bacon that often ran out. Nobody available to serve drinks from the bar.

Alles fabelhaft, aber für die Terrasse eine Gebühr zu verlangen geht leider gar nicht! Schade.
Pros:

Die Lage ist großartig, Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Das Frühstück ist üppig, es ist alles da und in guter Qualität.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat eine kleine Terrasse mit drei kleinen 2er Tischen direkt am Canale Grande. Am Morgen waren zwei Tische reserviert und einer frei. Wir nahmen dort zum Frühstück Platz. Dann kam eine Kellnerin und erklärte uns, wenn wir hier sitzen bleiben möchten, müssen wir 10 Euro pro Person zusätzlich zahlen!!! Am späten Abend darf man diese Terrasse gratis benutzen, jedoch gibt es keine Getränke mehr. Auch keinen Automaten. So mussten wir wieder in ein anderes Lokal ziehen. Schade!

Lovely location, nice clean room, breakfast let it down.
Pros:

Location, large room, large comfortable bed and very clean.

Cons:

Breakfast - bacon not cooked properly, dry scrambled egg, hard bread. We only had breakfast there once.

An enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Fantastic location, comfortable and classy. Our room was fine - good sized bed and enough space. Good location - some excellent bars and restaurants nearby on the Cannaregio canals.

Cons:

No coffee in rooms.

Nous avons adoré ;surtout la possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner sur le canal.waouh la classe !!
Pros:

Nous avons eu une très grande et agréable surprise mon fils et moi en découvrant la chambre.On se disait que pour ce que ça coûte il fallait juste se contenter d’être à Venise.Mais franchement tout était parfait.

Cons:

Il n’existe pas de service bagages alors que l’hôtel fait 4 étoiles.
