It’s a beautiful hotel in a great location with every amenity you need and more. The staff is kind and very helpful and the buffet is wonderful. It exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it.
Great location. Lovely seating and dining area. Great to be able to get a drink and fruit at any time. Loved decoration in common areas.
Air conditioning sent a significant draft across bed despite efforts to change making temperature regulation hard. Breakfast offering was fair, but not great.
The breakfast was fine. The location was good. There was a taxi stand right across the street which made it convenient to get to the pier the next day where our cruise ship was.. However, as we faced the front of the building by the street, it was quite noisy at times. In the middle of the night there was a celebration of some soccer (football) game that was won. Also, the mattresses were overly firm. We were upgraded to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise. You have to walk up some stairs with your luggage to get to an elevator, which was slightly inconvenient. We had to use a young employee to assist us both coming and going. They don't have washcloths available, only bath towels and hand towels, which were quite large. We were there one night and were dead tired from the long flight, so overall it was a good experience.

Very close to tourist areas, I love the grandeur of hotel entry, rooms are clean, friendly & helpful front desk staff, delicious breakfast, 24 hrs basic food like bread & coffee.
I am lucky to enjoy complimentary Flamenco & Sevillanas Show during my stay with ulimited champagne & jamon.
There is around 4 steps going up before lift which a bit of struggle if with bigger luggage like mine.
I was only here for 24 hours but it was an amazing stay. I arrived early in the morning well before check in and the staff was able to store my luggage so I could go explore the city. Walking distance to some amazing landmarks in Barca. When I returned, I had the lunch buffet which was quite good! I really enjoyed the olives, bread, cheeses, and potato salad. After lunch I was told my room was ready and to my surprise, I was upgraded to a massive suite. I truly had an exceptional experience here. Would definitely return!

We stayed here before so we were wishing we could get the room with city view which is a lovely room but we had a room with no outdoor view. It was very nice but not as special as the other one. The location is perfect to get around and over to the square for the Hop On Hop Off. Love having the buffet included all day long. The lovely sitting room where you eat or just rest is extra special. Also the taxi stand is right outside which is comforting if you need to get to the cruise port on time. We love this hotel.
Like I said we wish the city view room was available but wasn't. Next time.
