לתת את הקוד בשביל הכספת עם המפתח יותר שעות מראש. כי כשהגיתי לאוסטריה עוד לא היה לי אינטרנט מקומי כדי לפתוח את הלינק ששלחתם לי במייל עם הקוד. דאגתי שאגיע למלון בלילה ולא אוכל לדעת מה הקוד להוציא מפתח.
לכתוב מה המרחק מתחנת רכבת מערב למי שבא הרגל ואפילו לצייר מפה קטנה וגם איזו תחבורה ציבורית מתאימה.

Er ontbrak een gordijn voor het raam en die voor het andere was kapot waardoor het licht was bij het opkomen van de zon. De melding was niet doorgegeven en daardoor niet opgelost. Wel een compensatie ontvangen maar korte nachten.

Da migliorare la climatizzazione della stanza (anche a Vienna ormai è caldo durante l'estate!).

The hotel was nothing like the pictures shown online. The rooms were very old and poorly maintained, which was disappointing from the start.

The most serious issue was a frightening incident in our room. The bathroom door lock malfunctioned, and my wife got trapped inside the bathroom for almost 30 minutes. The hotel had only two staff members on duty, and despite their efforts, they were unable to open the door. They eventually called a locksmith, but while we were waiting, I managed to open the lock myself by carefully using a screwdriver from the outside. Thankfully, the door opened, but the entire experience was extremely stressful. My wife was in shock and panicking throughout the ordeal.

What made the situation even worse was that there was no telephone in the room to contact the reception. In any emergency or even for basic assistance, guests have to physically go downstairs to speak with the reception staff. In our case, we were fortunate that my wife had her mobile phone with her inside the bathroom, so she was able to call me for help. If she had not been carrying her phone, the situation could have been much more serious.

I also tried contacting Booking.com customer support, but the service was equally disappointing. I was kept waiting for nearly 30 minutes just to connect with an agent. Since our stay was only for one night, I couldn't afford to spend that much time waiting for customer support while dealing with an emergency.

Overall, this was a terrible experience. The hotel's condition did not match its advertised photos, the safety issue with the faulty bathroom lock was unacceptable, and the lack of an in-room phone made handling the emergency even more difficult. The delayed customer support from Booking.com only added to the frustration. Based on this experience, I do not plan to book hotels through Booking.com again, and I would advise other travelers to carefully consider the safety and condition of this property before booking.

When I stored my luggage after checkout, I am 100% sure that the person at the front desk stole my AirPods out of my bag. They were there when I stored the bag and gone when I looked inside it to take them out. By that point, I was already on the train to Budapest. Find My iPhone showed the Airpods moving around Vienna.

Очень смущала дверь на террассу без замка. Её можно открыть снаружи и попасть в номер. Интернет ловил только в районе коридора. По счастью он был нам не сильно нужен.
