Ok for a corporate hotel not too far from the centre. Surprised this has 5 stars.
Pros:

Really friendly reception members. Decent bar & restaurant. Parking right next to hotel.

Cons:

Very corporate. Carpet areas in hall were really stained/dirty - not a good impression of a 5* hotel.

Nome altisonante, contenuti molto al di sotto delle aspettative
Pros:

Staff alla reception 10, gentili, professionali e sono le poche cose degne del nome Grand Hotel- Posizione strategica per visitare il centro di Parma.

Cons:

La struttura è lontana dal Grand Hotel. Camere ampie, ma con un odore di stantio sempre presente, doccia nella vasca impraticabile a patto di non voler allagare tutto il bagno, corridoi con moquette sporca e macchiata e mal tenuta. Ascensori con i pulsanti rotti...Colazione nella norma più da albergo di provincia ( a Parma almeno il prosciutto me lo aspetto di alto livello), struttura senza un parcheggio coperto e privato. Arrivare alla struttura seguendo il navigatore dell'auto è una caccia al tesoro... Due ingressi , ma l'indirizzo ti porta su uno dove non puoi neanche parcheggiare per scaricare le valigie se non parcheggiando di soppiatto in zona ricarica auto elettriche o peggio parcheggio NCC...

Sehr praktisch gelegen für einen kurzen Parma-Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr gute und ruhige Lsge, nicht zu zentral aber nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss ins historische Zentrum. Ruhige, geräumige Zimmer. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, grosse Lobby

Cons:

Frühstücksbuffet war durchschnittlich, insbesondere keine frischen Säfte, nur billiges Zuckerwasser. Die Teppiche in den Fluren haben teils starke Flecken und sind sicher nicht sehr hygienisch.

Tudo. Hotel super confortável e limpo. Os funcionários são super amáveis, tanto na recepção como no restaurante, bar, etc. Não é a primeira vez que me hospedo e com certeza retornarei.

Cons:

Uma única ressalva para o café da manhã. É um básico bom e não tem nunca algo diferente, que surprenda. Como fiquei muito dias enjoei do mesmo cardápio todos os dias.

The hotel was in a great location to get into the centre by foot. ( 15 mins walk) Plus it was outside the limited traffic zone. Parking was easy with their allocated underground car park. The room was spacious, comfy bed, and good quality toiletries, slippers and dressing gown. Breakfast was adequate continental style breakfast. There were scrambled eggs and bacon too.

Cons:

The room had a strange smell when we went in, so had to open the windows to get some air in. There were parts of the room which needed a bit of attention. Paint coming off the wall, lampshades were marked in areas and the shower in the bathroom a bit grubby in the corners. These things you don’t expect in a 5 star hotel. I would like others say it’s more 4 star than 5.
