Tudo. Hotel super confortável e limpo. Os funcionários são super amáveis, tanto na recepção como no restaurante, bar, etc. Não é a primeira vez que me hospedo e com certeza retornarei.

Cons:

Uma única ressalva para o café da manhã. É um básico bom e não tem nunca algo diferente, que surprenda. Como fiquei muito dias enjoei do mesmo cardápio todos os dias.

Pros:

The hotel was in a great location to get into the centre by foot. ( 15 mins walk) Plus it was outside the limited traffic zone. Parking was easy with their allocated underground car park. The room was spacious, comfy bed, and good quality toiletries, slippers and dressing gown. Breakfast was adequate continental style breakfast. There were scrambled eggs and bacon too.

Cons:

The room had a strange smell when we went in, so had to open the windows to get some air in. There were parts of the room which needed a bit of attention. Paint coming off the wall, lampshades were marked in areas and the shower in the bathroom a bit grubby in the corners. These things you don’t expect in a 5 star hotel. I would like others say it’s more 4 star than 5.

Hidden jewel in the Italian Crown - wonderful Personel, great location - just book it!
Pros:

Wonderful location, amazing people, what a jewel in the Italian Crown!

Location is stunning - close to the gallery, close to the Piazza Garibaldi and Piazza Duomo (900 m on walk). It is also a great location for a trips to La Spezia/Cinque Terre (80 mins by a car), Bologna (60 mins by a car)

The spirit of the hotel is the people - on the reception Theyre so empathic, helpful and simply amazing.
The Man which helped out with our luggage/bags was really kind and helpful.

Parking is well located - just type „Parcheggio Repubblica”, take ticket, drive follow the sings to the Yellow zone, scan ticket and you’re on private hotel area. Simple!
Don’t forget to take the ticket and leave it on the reception.

Rooms are clean, hotel was not renewed for a years but it’s the reason why it has a soul, it’s like a 5 stars hotel from the postcard, not commercial resort.

For sure it is our lovely place to which we will back next year, and so on and so on.

Ottima posizione. Personale accogliente e premuroso. Colazione perfetta.

La vasca da bagno ha i pro e i contro: un po scivoloso l'ingresso ma almeno non si bagna tutto il pavimento
