Great location and beautiful hotel. Breakfast was excellent and brought up to our room. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t nice so we couldn’t eat out on the terrace which was lovely. Gave us great recommendations on restaurants for my birthday and made a reservation for us at a parking garage a block away.

Highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Fabulous - will stay again if in Florence.
Pros:

Amazing service and small lift to the apartment which was helpful for our luggage. Beautiful room with great facilities.

Pros:

Lovely room, fantastic breakfast delivered to our room. Great location close to Firenze Santa Maria Novella and a short walk into the heart of Florence. Lift up to floor so easy to get luggage to the room.

The location was good

Cons:

'The black and white room' had an uncomfortable and very large depiction of a naked white woman that is being 'served' by a black woman - just why??The bathtub is a nice idea in theory but wanting to have a shower is not great as you have to hold the shower up and water goes absolutely everywhere creating a slip hazard as you get out of the tub and the curtains opposite the tub also got wet. Breakfast in bed was not something we wanted to do, the pictures for the hotel shows an outdoor seating area and also a table inside that looks like where you would have Breakfast but this wasn't the case. After finishing breakfast you get a knock on your door after about an hour or so later and someone would come and collect the tray - we liked going back to bed to have a lie in and would get woken up everyday. Why not just take the tray when doing housekeeping? Also no option for a do not disturb sign which would be easier for people who don't want anything. No basic amenities like a mini fridge to keep your own beverages cold, I understand this is not listed after checking but still for the amount you pay it should be provided. For the overall price it wasn't worth it and I feel like with the great public transport being further out would have been a better option.
