I wish there had been fresh fruit at breakfast instead of canned fruit cocktail as I am a vegan so.my options were limited.

Frühstück könnte 100% besser sein!!!!

Das Frühstück war leider nicht pünktlich fertig, wir mussten ohne Frühstück los. Hätten sonst den Zug verpasst.

El desayuno/breakfast pésimo.nada sin lactosa,nada sin azucar, nada de fruta fresca,nada de proteínas animal aparte de huevos duros.
Hemos tenido que comprar comida fuera y bajarla al comedor.
Cuando pagas un dineral por desayuno continental como minimo esperas alimentarse.Además el trato de las camareras insultante( la mayor de edad).

I have travelled a lot and this is honestly the first time in my life I have seen a hotel with so many rude employees. The housekeeping team and the breakfast staff completely ignore guests. They never reply to a simple "good morning" or "good evening".
A special mention goes to the older breakfast lady, SANDRA. After reading other reviews mentioning her attitude, I thought they were exaggerating. They weren't. She is unfriendly and extremelly rude.
The "breakfast buffet", if it can even be called a buffet, is by far the poorest I have ever seen in any hotel: bread, butter, jam, cold milk, tasteless coffee, cheap supermarket juice and boiled eggs. That's it.
Finally, the air conditioning was a complete disaster. it made a constant loud noise, making it impossible to use. When we reported it, the answer was simply: "Yes, we know. Maybe they'll fix it next week." An unbelievable response for a paying guest. To make matters even worse, the unit continued making an irritating noise even when switched off, leaving us with a completely sleepless night.

A noise like an alarm seemingly coming from the aircon unit even when off and same noise could be heard from other rooms that happened every 20 minutes so not a good night’s sleep. Very limited toiletries and main lights in room did not appear to work.

Das Bett war etwas zu klein für zwei Personen, das Frühstück könnte reichhaltiger sein (Obst war zum Beispiel aus der Dose), die Fliesen der Dusche waren ungepflegt.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und es ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig.
Die Räume sind sehr klein und die Bäder noch kleiner.
Leider liegt überall Auslegeware, was leider nicht sehr ansprechend ist.
Das Frühstück ist sehr sparsam.
Alles süß und leider kein frisches Obst.
Kein Rührei oder herzhafte Auflage.
Die Croissants waren keine frische Backware.

Für eine Nacht war es ok.

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer und ein Einzelzimmer.

Breakfast, with just hard boiled egg, cheese and bread. Small bugs and cockroaches in the toilet 😭 but the staff is so helpful and also the room is quite big.
