Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Wonderful, beautiful hotel in a safe and high end location of Naples.
The hotel is stunningly appointed and it is kept very clean.
Our room was lovely and comfortable.
Easy walking access to the main shopping and busier parts of Naples.
Luxury shopping stores just around the corner for easy walking access.
Would stay again!

This was a perfect place to stay on our last night.
Pros:

The location was perfect, the facility was clean, very classy very safe. It was an oasis in the heart of the city.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no pool.

One night stay in Naples

Great location

Cons:

Shower was poor and ended up holding shower head when shower was used. Not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel.

Breakfast was not as good as the amalfi coast as fruit did not taste as fresh, plus staff were quite inattentive.

La pastelería del desayuno no me gustó.
La habitación que me tocó la sentí muy encerrada, aunque tenía ventana no la habríamos ya que había otro edificio demasiado cerca

Great Hotel in the Heart of Naples
Pros:

Excellent hotel in a fantastic city-centre location. The property is very clean, and although the rooms are not particularly large, they are pretty comfortable. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend it.

Cons:

The only downside is the breakfast. It could offer a better selection, especially towards the end of service. Finishing at 10:00 am feels a little early—extending it to 10:30 am and replenishing the buffet until the end would make a noticeable difference.

Pros:

Calme, personnel très attentif et serviable, chambres très agréables et propres, buffet du petit déjeuner parfait et très varié.

Cons:

Impossible de régler la climatisation au delà de 20 degrés, donc très froide ce qui oblige à l'arrêter la nuit. Il faudrait pouvoir la régler à la température souhaitée.
