Clean hotel in excellent and central location.
Pros:

The staff were very responsive and helpful via text. There are no staff on-site - they are over the road in another hotel for a period during the day. The location is excellent and was walking distance to many popular areas for sightseeing, eating and shopping. The room was clean and the bedding was clean.

Cons:

As a solo traveller, I prefer to have staff on-site, it just feels safer. Just outside the door of my room was a common area and people would congregate at night and this was quite loud. The balcony area was not useable as it was unclean and unattractive. There were no services such as breakfast or capuccino etc. on-site.

Buena ubicación
Pros:

Nos cambiaron de hotel por problemas técnicos en la habitación (nos avisaron antes de llegar) al hotel de la misma firma Skyline que queda enfrente.
La ubicación y la atención.

Ubicación . La recepcionista Gabriela, todo un lujo de persona.

Cons:

Tuvimos un problema con la habitación:no era para nada como en las fotos, muy pequeña, estuvimos sin luz una hora…
Pero Gabriela, desde el primer momento se ofreció una y otra vez para cambiarnos y lo hizo a otra muchísimo mejor, con luz, balcón, un baño grande… incluso nos trasladaron el equipaje porque estábamos pasando el día fuera.

Buon soggiorno.
Pros:

Posizione centrale, ben servita sia dai mezzi pubblici, sia da negozi e ristoranti. Stanza pulita, possibilità di usare il bollitore di una zona ristoro condivisa.
Colazione ottima con sconto al bar sotto l'hotel. Staff molto gentile, possibilità di prendere un aperitivo sulla terrazza dell'albergo con splendida vista.

Cons:

Reception aperta solo fino alle 18 in struttura separata, di fronte all'edificio in cui alloggiavo. Stanza piccola e molto buia, bagno piccolo, spazi molto ridotti.
