Cons:

Il bagno. Il bidet attaccato alla parete da un lato e vicino al water ( 15 cm), pertanto inutilizzabile. Il piano di appoggio all'interno della doccia mal fissato infatti ci e' caduto anche il portasapone in vetro e si e' rotto. Una misera tenda a protezione del piatto doccia, la porta comunicante tra camera e bagno, di tipo scorrevole, per aprirla bisognava sollevarla. Vista dalla finestra della camera in un cortile con un fabbricato di rimpetto. Senza parcheggio.

Esta molt ben situat, prop de tot el centre. L’habitació era neta i confortable. El personal va ser atent.

Cons:

Per ser un hotel, m’esperava una recepcio en el mateix edifici (esta en un altre edifici al davant) i poder-me estalviar el tema portes amb codis d’accés. Tot i que les explicacions que vaig rebre abans d’arribar van ser del tot precises i senzilles d’executar

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel City Center! The location is absolutely perfect — very central and within walking distance of the main attractions, restaurants and shops.

The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were also very kind, friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome during our stay.

We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again when we come back to Palermo. Highly recommended! ❤️🇮🇹

Pros:

Cozy place, although you don't meet staff, they are always ready to help you. Good communication is via WhatsApp. Great location (center and transport). 7 minutes away is the bus stop -Politeama for the airport.

Pros:

Parfait !
J'appréhendais un peu un hôtel sans réception mais le suivi par WhatsApp était clair et hyper attentionné.
La chambre était très sympa, le matelas très confortable et le tout silencieux.
Sans parler de la situation géographique idéale !
