Ubicación muy buena, lo mejor del lugar.
Habitación espaciosa.
Presión de agua muy buena.

Cons:

Limpieza deficiente (polvo en la mesa), mal olor en el baño, el hotel necesita una buena renovación. Almohadas muy incómodas, se hundían (dormí mal las 3 noches), cama supuestamente de matrimonio que en realidad son 2 camas juntas que se van separando, champús escasos, toallas que no eran toallas porque no eran de paño sino de tela, entrada desde la calle muy desangelada (hay que subir 1 piso sin ascensor con las maletas para acceder a la recepción). La primera habitación que nos daban olía mucho a tabaco por lo que pedimos cambiarla y así lo hicieron. No se puede regular la temperatura de la habitación, nos dijeron que no les dejaban en Perugia encender la calefacción de modo independiente.

A due passi dal centro!
Pros:

Camera ampia e luminosa in stile retrò ma funzionale. Posizione ottima a due passi dal centro. Colazione già pronta in monoporzione ma ricca di tutto compreso succo e cappuccino.

Cons:

Sala per la colazione un po' angusta e sacrificata, poca privacy. Cuscini un po' bassi per i miei gusti.

Gran elección para visitar el centro
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta para pasar unos días en Perugia y visitar el centro histórico.
Esta muy cerca de todo pero en una zona tranquila para poder descansar.

Cons:

El edificio es bastante antiguo y se ve que el mobiliario, las ventanas... son viejitos pero practicos.
No tiene climatizacion individual en la habitación pero no pasamos frio a pesar de que fuera si que lo hacía.
No dispone de ascensor pero solo hay que subir poquitas escaleras.
Realmente no es que no nos gustase, solo lo cito para tenerlo en cuenta.
Nos pareció un gran acierto elegir este hotel.
