Fantastisch hotel met prachtig uitzicht op het Ortameer
Pros:

Het hotel is fantastisch. We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. Onze kamer was ruim, zo ook de badkamer. En een mooi ruim terras. Het uitzicht over het Ortameer is fantastisch. Het hotel heeft een supermooi infinity zwembad met uitzicht op het prachtige Ortameer. En een poolbar met vriendelijke dames. Niets was teveel voor hen. Je krijgt iedere dag schone strandlakens. Het eten in het restaurant is top evenals de bediening.

Cons:

De feesten in het weekend die gepaard gaan met luide muziek. Maar dat houdt ons niet tegen om nog een keer terug te komen maar dan doordeweeks.

Outstanding lake views and a peaceful stay
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Its greatest asset is definitely the location, with outstanding views of the lake. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, the water activities available at the hotel, and the restaurant, which served amazing food. The room design felt a bit basic, but the beautiful view from the window more than made up for it.

Cons:

The reception staff could benefit from some additional customer service training. We didn't feel particularly welcomed, and the information provided during check-in wasn't as clear or complete as it could have been. However, this was only a minor issue and didn't significantly affect our overall stay.
