Hidden gem in the heart of town.
Pros:

Excellent location a couple of minutes walk from the main piazza which is full of restaurants, many of which have concessions with the hotel.
Beautiful garden and pool that the kids loved, plus games room with table tennis, pool and table football.
Warmly invited to use all facilities for the day after check out.

Cons:

Totally unsatisfactory. Greve is wonderful town. Strongly recommend staying anywhere else.

Cons:

Room was dirty, mildewed, dated, with one of 3 lights functioning in bathroom.

Left expensive jacket in armoire which was confiscated despite them saying they had it 90 minutes post ch checkout.

We received four different stories. Disingenuous at the minimum. Alerting Booking.com senior management.
