Considering the price in Paris hotel, it's not bad.
Pros:

A simple breakfast, clean and comfortable bed, nice service ladies, not far away from the bus station to the airport. The only bad thing is no elevator. I have to carry my suitcase up and down third floor. As the price for Paris Hotel, it can be considered.

Cons:

The room is smaller than I expected, but OK for one person. This hotel has no elevator, it's not very convenient for old people.

Le petit déjeuner et proximité du lieu de visite.

Cons:

La chambre été très moyenne. La décoration : 😳 des stickers au mur à moitié décollé, des cadres manquants... et le sol était sale et poussière sur les lumières.
Le meuble pour ranger les vêtements était très moyen également.
Vraiment pas qualitatif.
Du coup chère pour la prestation.
Nous ne reviendrons pas.

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room smelled of mould and damp as soon as you entered. There were about 5 anti damp capsules around the room so at least they were trying to do something about it. Unfortunately right before I went to sleep, there was a bed bug that crawled out by my bed. Although the bed was comfortable, I didn’t sleep well because of the anxiety from the bedbugs. The breakfast selection was terrible.

Throwing away PERSONAL STUFF!!!! BE CAREFUL

AFTER CLEANING THE ROOM MY PERSONAL ALPINE EARPLUGS FOR 20€ WAS TAKEN FROM THE SHELF NEXT TO THE BED, ALSO THE APPLE PUREE FROM THE TABLE WAS "CLEANED" EVEN IT NEVER EVEN UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES HAPPENED BEFORE!

If you value your personal belongings, NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL!! RECEPTION STARTED TO CONVINCE ME I WAS LYING THEN SHE WENT TO MY ROOM AND MADE ME CHECK ALL MY STUFF INFRONT OF HER, GOING ON THAT I WAS MAKING THAT UP!!! WHEN I ASKED TO BRING TO ME THE GIRL WHO WAS CLEANING, SHE JUST LEFT AND NEVER DID ANYTHING!!!

Excelente estadia!
Pros:

Funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã muito bom, localização espetacular. Sempre que vou a Paris procuro ficar nesse hotel, rua tranquila com muitos pontos de refeição por perto.Excelente!

Cons:

Acomodação é ótima apenas o quarto em que fiquei era no andar superior, defronte luminoso do hotel. Acontece.
