The pool area is absolutely beautiful, with lovely views.
The breakfast is very good.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel isn't accurately portrayed online. The building is a new build separate to the villa, which was really disappointing.
The bed was far too hard for me, and though the staff kindly put an extra comforter on top, it didn’t help at all. I woke up with a sore back every day.
Even though there is free poolside service and they deliver if you whatsapp, the WiFi doesn't work at the pool area.
The food and drink at the hotel is really overpriced. I had previously stayed at a 4-star resort elsewhere where the beers were €3.50. Here they are €7 for a small beer. It was quite shocking.
Furthermore, the rooms are really outdated and the bathrooms really need an upgrade. It's very 80s.
I was quite disappointed overall.

Hotel nowoczesny budynek w dobrym stylu świetnie współgra z zespołem parkowo pałacowym i ogrodem w stylu francuskim. Ogromny teren zachęca do spacerów w sielskim wiejskim krajobrazie .Świetnie wkomponowany w architekturę ogrodowych pawilonów basen potrafi skutecznie zniechęcić do zwiedzanie okolic. Doskonała obsługa dopełnia ten perfekcyjny obraz.

Fantastic friendly and very well appointed family owned hotel. The pool area and nearby walks are absolutely gorgeous and the small touches from the very friendly and enthusiastic staff were first class. Giulia and Fabio in particular provided 5 star level service throughout our highly enjoyable stay.
