Pros:

la posizione molto comoda e centrale e l'arredamento minimal ma molto coerente anche nei particolari.

Cons:

la rigidità del personale ,
il fatto di aver aspettato 3 ore per avere una camera , anche se ero molto stanco e avevo chiesto la cortesia di anticipare il ceck in.
inoltre ,avendo dovuto abbreviare il mio soggiorno di un giorno , ho chiesto la possibilità del rimbordo totale e/o parziale della tariffa ... cosa nemmeno presa in considerazione.
altra cosa che non mi è piaciuta è il locale adibito alle colazioni ....è in un seminterrato un po squallido

- Location was excellent especially if you like to shop. Shopping/pedestrian Street is right behind.
- Spacious rooms
- Spacious bathroom and toilet and shower together not separate (which is sometimes the case in Europe)
- Bathroom had bidet
- Toiletries were great
- AC working very well . Room was airy and had sunlight.
- Heard about some construction noise but I didn't hear anything and it was really quiet.

A thicker blanket may be and I likely could have asked.

Elegant and comfortable hotel in the city centre
Pros:

Clean and comfortable room - hotel is lovely overall and staff is professional and helpful. Right in the city centre.

Cons:

This is not the hotel’s fault but there were works going on in the nearby building and it was pretty noisy. Hotel was full so we could not move room but they granted us a bit of a discount.

A new favourite for my stays in Madrid!
Pros:

I loved the vibe of this hotel, every detail was carefully selected. It is a special hotel, a place with a soul. The room service was delicious, something I long for in most of my hotel stays. The staff are friendly but not extra talkative which I highly appreciate. The terrace of the penthouse is 10/10. Overall it exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be coming back as well as recommending it. Toiletries Top Notch & very comfy pillows!

Cons:

At the moment there are road works right outside the hotel, I would have appreciated a heads up when booking.
