Disappointing, stay elsewhere.
Pros:

Good central location, that was the only positive.

Cons:

Overpriced, functional but trying to be chic rooms, very uncomfortable beds, a lot of noise overnight, disappointing breakfast with awful coffee.

Pros:

Location + minimalist decoration

Cons:

For the price of the stay, only tea bags are complimentary, you get charged for 2x coffee bags .. never have I experienced this. I’d understand if there were a coffee machine, but sadly no. They state the bar’s coffee is good. However coffee and tea are usually comp’ed.

Pros:

A cualquier hotel le dan 4 estrellas.
El personal y la ubicación (si vas de turismo) lo mejor.

Cons:

Te envían a un parking a 800 mts teniendo uno a 200 mts.
En la habitación ni un detalle, te cobran hasta el agua.
En fin, deja mucho que desear para el precio que tiene.

Nice enough hotel but really not 4-star experience. Be aware of very dark and depressing rooms.
Pros:

The lobby was comfortable and stylish. The showers had great water pressure and I love the products. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Our room was a dark dungeon with one small window overlooking an air shaft. Usually, when choosing a room - guests are always given the option to pay more or less depending on the view. In this case, there was no distinction or prior knowledge that we would be out in such a depressing room. We had no idea what time it was at any point during our stay which is terrible when dealing with jet lag. Also, the bathrooms are somewhat cheaply constructed, with a flimsy door that doesn't cover the bath so if you're tall - the water splashes everywhere and the entire bathroom floor gets soaked. It was a nice hotel but by no means a 4-star hotel. Also, I've never been in a hotel that doesn't offer a bottle of water to guests and "you can just drink from the bathroom" doesn't really cut it.

Beautiful hotel off the Gran Via, with wonderful staff
Pros:

The location of the hotel was fantastic. The staff were all wonderful and very accommodating. We were put in a room with 2 twin beds and we were immediately changed into a room with a King Size bed, no questions asked.

Cons:

The room was small, facing the inside of the building so we had no natural light, and we paid a fortune for our stay due to high demand. First time we stayed in this hotel a few years ago we loved it and decided to go back but the room and experience this time was significantly different.
