Fast zu nett für nur eine Nacht!
Pros:

Familiengeführtes Hotel - der schiefe Turm ist fussläufig erreichbar. Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück mit regionalen Schmankerl gab’s im kleinen Hotelgarten!

Cons:

Leider war direkt gegenüber eine Baustelle, die man nicht bemerkt hat, weil man tagsüber en nicht im Hotel ist.

Okay, but won't be rushing back
Pros:

Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. Outdoor seating area. Bed was comfy, had a good sleep. Breakfast outdoors was nice. Very close to Pisa train station.

Cons:

Quite expensive for what it was. Old fashioned and a bit run down. Floor in room was uneven, I almost tripped going to the toilet in the night. Bathroom was basic, shower was tiny.

Great staff, good location for travel
Pros:

Arrived early and hotel staff allowed me to check-in early

Cons:

The shower door was broken, so the water was on the floor when taking a shower. The shower door was already black from time, so needs to be replaced.
Also loud noises disrupted my sleep. You will not be able to sleep in at this hotel as the cleaning lady starts working at 9 AM and is very loud. The walls and doors are thin so I heard everything.
Value for money is not good.

We wanted a hotel near the train station. Della Spina is ideally situated for this
Pros:

Room was a good size and bathroom too, plenty of towels and toiletries provided plus lots of hot water. The room had a fridge which was great as weather was hot! Breakfast was nice, plenty of food & staff were very helpful and provided tea/coffee and lots of top ups if required. Bed was large & very comfortable

The place is close to the train station, but further from the historical places. As a solo traveler who wants to enjoy the center and not walk late at night back, it is better to stay in the center and not here.

Cons:

The place is overpriced for what you are getting. The room is fine, but certainly not worth 120euro without breakfast in this location.
