Des Matelas exceptionnel, très confortable, personnel, très sympathique

Cons:

Nous sommes restés une seule nuit, donc je pense qu’on a pas eu la meilleure chambre car on avait une poubelle de salle de bain cabossée qui ouvrait mal un lavabo fissuré, décoration, un peu moyenne

Aside the bathroom and the old dude at the reception, everything else was good for me.
Pros:

Every aspect of the hotel met my expectations, The lady at the reception was so friendly and welcoming (Can't say the same about the old man I met the next day). Also, I think the bathroom appears to be too small.

Cons:

The Bathroom which was too tiny that you can't even touch your toes :)

We had a very nice stay at Hotel Alessandro Della Spina. It is a small, cozy, and well-maintained hotel with a welcoming atmosphere. The customer service was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcome.
Breakfast is available for an additional fee and offers a good enough selection of food. The hotel also provides private parking for €15 per night, but it is better to reserve a parking spot in advance.
The hotel is close to the Arno River. The Tower of Pisa is about a 30-minute walk, making it easy to explore the city’s main attractions on foot.
Overall, this hotel offers good value for money, and we would be happy to stay here again.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt gut geeignet, länger würde mich das unzuverlässige Wlan stören.
Pros:

Die Lage ist für nicht mobilitätseingeschränkte Menschen sehr gut, 2km zu Fuß zum schiefen Turm. Nettes Personal und früher Check-in 14 Uhr möglich. Frühstück war gut, sollte man unter Umständen mit dem Zimmer buchen, dann meist billiger. Sonst bezahlt man 15 €. Klimaanlage funktionierte gut.

Cons:

Kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm, d.h. keine Nachrichten. Das Internet Wlan musste ständig nachgeladen werden, was manchmal nicht oder erst mit Verzögerung funktionierte, d.h. auch so war übers ipad kein dt. Programm zu sehen.

Pros:

Lovely clean hotel 1 mile from the Leaning Tower. Surrounding area felt very safe
Very clean, rooms were serviced daily.
Bottled water left in the fridge which was very welcome in 35 degree heat.
Small car park to the rear of the property, 15 euro per night to park
staff were lovely and very helpful
lovely continental breakfast in the mornings
would recommend

Prachtige kamer in mooi hotel met ontbijt in de tuin.
Pros:

Prachtige grote kamer met divan, bureau met koelkast en goede bedden en badkamer. Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Gemakkelijk om naar centrum te lopen, maar ook busverbindingen waren uitstekend. Alles op korte afstand van zowel station als van vliegveld. Het ontbijten in de tuin was erg leuk.

Cons:

Het waren erg warme dagen met 35 graden, en we hadden de indruk dat de airconditioning het niet helemaal aankon. We hebben het overigens niet gevraagd, dus misschien onze fout..
