Agradable estancia en Cusco
Pros:

La ubicación es excepcional, en el barrio de San Blas.

Cons:

Eramos dos parejas, habíamos pagado lo mismo y había gran diferencia entre las habitaciones. Al día siguiente nos dieron otra un poco mejor.

Уютный отель недалеко от центра
Pros:

Особо хочется отметить персонал отеля! На ресепшене максимально доброжелательные люди, приветливые горничные, шеф-повар, а мужчине, который подаёт завтрак - вовсе низкий поклон! С учётом того, что кухня на 4 этаже, а завтрак подают на первом - он один обслуживает все столы, постоянно бегая с 1 этажа на 4-ый, никого не оставляя без внимания. Касательно завтрака: в гостинице представлен небольшой шведский стол с сосисками, местными фруктами, сыром, ветчиной и какими-то бисквитами, по запросу отдельно готовят яйца. Всё очень вкусно, и самое главное, что завтрак с 6 до 10 утра, а тем, кому необходимо рано уезжать, отдельно по запросу собирают пакетик с бутербродом, яблоком и бананом и оставляют на ресепшене. На 4 этаже небольшая веранда, откуда открывается красивый вид на город. В номере также есть всё необходимое: шкаф с сейфом, телевизор, телефон, ванная комната, а холодными ночами можно включать отопление. Всего 5 минут ходьбы до центральной площади. Рядом находится аптека, чуть дальше - небольшие продуктовые магазины.

Hotel sollte maximal 7,9 bewertet werden. Kalt, sehr kalt überall. Das Personal ist in Ordnung

Das Personal war super. Das ist einfach nur ein einziger Vorteil im Hotel

Cons:

Die Zentralheizung ist einfach eine Katastrophe. Wir mussten frieren sowohl im Zimmer als auch während des Frühstücks. Die Zimmer und die Badezimmer sind extrem veraltet. Man muss die renovieren. Zimmer 306 sehr klein, vor dem Zimmer Treppe im Dunkel kann man runterfallen. Ich bin überzeugt, dass das Hotel eine Bewertung maximal 7,9 haben sollte. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel eher nicht.

Well-located, excellent hotel in Cusco.
Pros:

Clean, well organized property with historical architecture, mindfully renovated. Wonderful breakfast. Helpful, welcoming staff. They kept our bags for the 4 days of our Inca Trail and arranged for a well-priced taxi to the airport. If I return to Cusco, I will be staying here again.
