Lovely, comfortable hotel in amazing location
Pros:

Amazing staff, very helpful. Location is perfect close walk to main square and just below the beautiful San blas area

Cons:

Some of the rooms are a little noisy at night but this was due to street which is generally reasonable quiet

Quiet and friendly place to stay
Pros:

Great location and friendly staff, good breakfast with changing options daily, room size was excellent, hotel was generally quiet and warm at night

Cons:

The bed was a touch firm for me personally and the shower was pretty poor.

Excellent location, service and breakfast for the price!
Pros:

One of my favourite hotels in Cusco. The location is super convenient, tucked just behind the main plaza at the foot of San Blas, so you can enjoy the vibes of the area without having to climb the steps back up to your hotel every time. The customer service was great, and the breakfast buffet had loads of variety: lots of fruit, teas, juices, eggs, breads and sausages. I would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es céntrica y muy buena. Las instalaciones de buena calidad. El personal es lo mejor de todo, muy amables, muy buenas recomendaciones. Nos esperaron en el aeropuerto y nos recibieron en el hotel con té de coca como cortesía para adaptarnos a la altura. Incluso se ofrecieron a guardar nuestras maletas durante nuestra visita a Machu Picchu.

I felt like a valued and very welcome guest, not a commodity.
Pros:

it is the staff that made our experience exceptional - genuinely friendly, sincere and helpful. the hotel was nicely decorated and the breakfasts were varied and generous. very important was that mattresses and pillows were super comfortable.

Una agradable escapada en junio.
Pros:

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este lugar. Tuve una muy buena experiencia la primera vez y por eso los volví a elegir. La ubicación es muy buena. Está muy cerca a la Plaza del Cusco, pero a la vez es silencioso y tranquilo de noche. Además, el personal es muy amable y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos. Agradezco la amabilidad y la linda sorpresa por mi cumpleaños.

Melhor opção possível para uma viagem tranquila, confortável e com a garantia de ser bem atendido.
Pros:

Hotel bem localizado (Próximo da Plaza das Armas), equipe nota 10, empática, atenciosa e que te dá todo o suporte que precisa. Desde café da manhã para viagem (quando se tem passeios que você sai as 4/5h da manhã), informação sobre Cusco, agendamento de transfer/táxi.

Realmente se preocupam com o bem-estar dos hóspedes.

Não sei como são os outros hotéis, mas esse é nota 10!

Cons:

Talvez um café da manhã com um pouco mais de opções de pães/queijo e bolo, mas de qualquer forma, o atendimento, custo-benefício e equipe, são sensacionais.

Classic boutique travellers’ hotel in a convenient location in San Blas, Cuzco.
Pros:

This boutique hotel is very quiet and tranquil. There are amazing old architectural details. The staff is kind and friendly. Excellent breakfast.

Pros:

Breakfast is delicious, location is really central and the staff is very attentive and knowledgable, specially Rosi at the reception. If we ever come back to Cusco we will stay at this hotel again! :)
