Simplicidade, carinho e acolhimento em cada detalhe.
Pros:

Este hotel é um verdadeiro achado, principalmente pelo valor e pela localização. O quarto é simples, mas muito confortável, limpo e bem organizado. Porém, o que mais marcou minha estadia foi o carinho, a gentileza e a educação dos funcionários, algo difícil de colocar em palavras. Só tenho a agradecer por toda atenção e pelo cuidado que fizeram dessa experiência tão especial.

Não há estacionamento, para estacionar no prédio é necessário pagar 100 reais por dia.
Achei o valor abusivo.

Die Lage des Hotels ist glaube ich das einzig Überzeugende

Cons:

Das schlimmste sind die Fensrer, es macht eigentlich keinen Unterschied ob diese offen oder zu sind - Laut ist es immer, besonders weil die Klimageräte direkt unter und über den Fenstern sind.
Der Frühstücksraum ist viel zu klein?¿ Was auch immer man sich dabei gedacht hat🤷‍♂️. Aber ist eigentlich nicht so schlimm weil wenn man das Frühstück isst, schmeckt es eh nach nichts - also lieber auswärts Frühstücken ;)
Ansonsten sieht man den Manager den ganzen Tag grimmig durchs Hotel spazieren, was das Personal jedoch einigermaßen kompensieren kann.
Mit dem Pool ist es das gleiche wie mit dem Frühstücksraum, viel zu klein. 6 Liegen für ein 15 Stöckiges Hotel ?¿ 🤥🫪

Excelente ubicación, personal amable y en proceso de remodelación
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado: a una cuadra de la playa de Copacabana y uno puede irse caminando a la playa de Ipanema también. Hay mucho para hacer y comprar alrededor del hotel. El personal del hotel es muy amable, las habitaciones son cómodas y como están refaccionando el hotel, supongo que la infraestructura mejorará pronto (me tocó una habitación antigua, pero de igual forma la encontré cómoda y acorde con lo que esperaba). El desayuno bien también.

Cons:

En algunos momentos la habitación era un poco ruidosa (se escuchaba el ruido del ascensor y la gente en el pasillo).

La atención del personal fue excelente. Las 24hs hay personal en la recepción del hotel. El día que nos retirabamos del hotel, como era antes del horario del desayuno -2 am- nos prepararon algunas cosas para que tomemos un desayuno.
El desayuno es buenísimo. Muy completo, todos productos de excelente calidad y riquisimo. El horario es muy amplio,
desde las 6am.
La ubicación es muy buena. A pocos metros de la playa y con muchísimos medios de transporte a disposición.

Cons:

Detalles mínimos. A mi gusto la cama era un poco blanda. No hay pava eléctrica en la habitación. Despues de las 5 de la tarde, si queres tomar un té, o mate, o un café, tenés que salir del hotel; lo solucioné muy fácil con un calentador portatil de agua que pude comprar a metros del hotel a muy bajo precio. De todas formas, esos detalles no empañaron la estancia en el hotel. Lo recomiendo 100%
