I booked, but I had no stay at all...!

It was disastrous: I could not get into the hotel because the police closed the hotel for crime investigation. So, I had to find another hotel to sleep. I want my money back !

Cons:

Ужасный запах, всё воняет. Всё грязное. Хуже этого я ничего не видела. За второй ключ потребовали 200€.
