Moderne Unterkunft im Herzen von Opatija mit tollem Ausblick
Pros:

Sehr modernes Stadthotel mit Chic und sehr schönem Wellness-Bereich. Aussicht vom obersten Stock auf die Bucht ist traumhaft. Unser Zimmer war sehr stilvoll gestaltet und mit modernen Elementen versehen. Die Einrichtung im Lounge-Bereich und im Zimmer wirkt ruhig und maritim, passend zur Umgebung. Die Innenstadt und Promenaden von Opatija sind fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und stets freundlich. Die Parkgarage war für uns, nach kurzer Vorbereitung auf Google Maps, leicht auffindbar und die Abrechnung unkompliziert.

Cons:

Das offen gestaltete Bad/WC macht den Raum größer, trägt allerdings nicht zum "Privatsphären-Gefühl" bei. Das Abendessen als Buffet war prinzipiell gut - einen Tag später denselben Brownie bei McDonalds zu sehen trübt den Eindruck allerdings etwas. Einige Zusatzangebote (Parkplatz, Sauna, weitere Pools, Ruheräume) sind nur gegen Aufpreis nutzbar.

Otel konaklamak için biraz pahalı ama ücretinin karşılığını veren bir otel. Kahvaltısı, konumu mükemmel. Otelin büyüklüğü ve kalitesi de başarılı.

Odlično provedeni vikend!
Pros:

Supruga i ja proveli smo divan vikend i hotel je ispunio baš sva naša očekivanja. Već pri dolasku dočekalo nas je ugodno iznenađenje — šampanjac i torta kao poklon, što nas je oboje jako dirnulo i odmah stvorilo poseban ugođaj.

Zbog nekih događanja u hotelu dobili smo i brunch na dar, kako se ne bismo osjećali zakinuto — gesta koju jako cijenimo jer pokazuje koliko im je stalo do gostiju.

Osoblje je bilo ljubazno i pažljivo tijekom cijelog boravka. Posebne pohvale kolegici Hani, koja se istinski potrudila da se osjećamo dobrodošlo.

Toplo preporučujemo i sigurno se vraćamo!

Aurait été parfait avec de l'eau chaude
Pros:

Très joli emplacement en bord de mer et à côté du petit port. Nous avons été logées dans le bâtiment principal alors que nous devions être dans le bâtiment annexe. Peu bruyant

Cons:

Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude dans le bâtiment. Cela ne nous a pas été signalé alors que c'était connu et aucun effort sur le prix en regard de l'inconvénient de prendre des douches froides n'a été fait

Beautiful hotel, good location
Pros:

Location on the water, proximity to center of town, comfortable bed

Cons:

1) even though we arrived at 2:30 ( check-in is at 3:00) we were told they would find us when the room was ready. I had to go to the front desk at 3:30 and our room was ready. We told them we would be on the center balcony.
2). NO hot water the next morning for shower. We were not notified
3) we did not have a blow dryer in our room and waited 30 minutes since our call request for one after I walked to the front desk
4) no hotel shuttle to the bus station.
5). Breakfast buffet too expensive. No à la carte option
6) a stranger guest opened our door with his card key. We requested new cards keys to be made.
