Purtroppo l’interruttore dell’aria condizionata non funzionava, così come le prese USB. Inoltre, mancava l’asciugacapelli e la camera non è stata riordinata durante il soggiorno.

Mi è piaciuto l'hotel e la colazione in particolare
La spiaggia privata era a pagamento, 20 euro a lettino e bisognava prenotare e questa cosa non esiste! Perché il orezzo del soggiorno era già alto! L'unica piscina scoperta era ad uso esclusivo della SPA e d i minori di18 anni non potevano neanche sostare! Inoltre vi era una piscina coperta al.piano -2 riservata ad i minori con scarsa igiene e pochissima ventilazione! Infine il parcheggio è stato a pagamento ovvero 25 euro al giorno! In quell'hotel non ci torno
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Das gesamte Personal war sehr professionell, aufmerksam und freundlich – egal ob am Empfang oder im Service. Man hat sich jederzeit willkommen und bestens betreut gefühlt.
Wir waren anlässlich unseres 1. Hochzeitstages dort und haben uns besonders über die liebevoll vorbereitete Überraschung im Zimmer gefreut. Eine wirklich schöne und aufmerksame Geste!
Ein grosses Kompliment an das gesamte Team – der Service war wirklich top und hat unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen!

Alles ist sauber komfortabel freundliches Personal Essen sehr gut alles top 👍
Het hotel was erg luxe en vanaf moment 1 hadden wij hier een vakantiegevoel.
Het ontbijt en het diner zijn goed en er is voldoende keuze.
Het zwembad was voor ons een pluspunt en hier hebben we iedere dag lekker kunnen relaxen.
Daarnaast is het stadje erg mooi en gezellig.
Wij hebben twee avonden geluidsoverlast gehad van een bar een paar honderd meter verderop. We hebben dit aangegeven bij de receptie en ze namen dit gelijk heel serieus , waarvoor onze dank.
Hun motto was dat de gasten blij moeten zijn, ook al kunnen ze er zelf niet veel aan doen.

Parking is very expensive in Opatija, the asian guy at the arrival, didn't show us anything, or neither did he took our luggage himself, can't remember his name :/
