Given how expensive New York is, this was a decent hotel to stay if you value location and stay in budget.
Pros:

Location is great, walkable to multiple places and close to subway! Staff was helpful. Can leave your luggages if you’re early or need it after check out.

Cons:

The room was super tight. There was barely some room to move or open the luggage. We stayed in 3 people room, maybe that made it more tight. Felt a bit old.

Hotel @Fifth Avenue is welcoming, well-located and wonderfully appointed.
Pros:

In the heart of Manhattan, this classic hotel benefits from the lively Koreatown neighborhood. Bustling with a bakery, bagel shop and numerous restaurants, the location near the 34th St-Harold's Square subway station was perfect for direct trains Uptown & Downtown. A short stroll from Macy's & Madison Square Garden, this spot was perfect. My room overlooked the Empire State Building 2 blocks away. The room was just right, the lobby welcoming and the staff very friendly & helpful. The Roof Top Bar is epic! I highly recommend Hotel @Fifth Avenue.

Not that great. But it’s a bed you’re not going to stay long in.

Cons:

Water pressure. Bed. Coffee. My window was right by all the loud air conditioners out , and they ran 24/7. It’s a 2 star falling fast.

Cocoroaches in the lower level, AC so loud you cant sleep with it .... you cant sleep without it either ad it gets super hot. Shower without the shower hose!

The roof top bar has a view of empire state and friendly bar staff, that's the only good thing to say

Cons:

The rooms were not as advertised, uncomfortable beds no view from window and small for 5 people to share. Shower was terrible
