El hotel es para medio dormir. O sea en caso de una urgencia!! Cerca de times square a quie like gusta estar muy cerca.
Pros:

Las sábanas y almohadas.

Cons:

Las personas del front desk fatales, tienen el NO en la boca para todo. El ascensor pequeño, las camas de juguetes y no está limpio como a uno le gustaría.
Se oye todo en las habitaciónes.super pequeña cada habitación.

Besides the room being small, it was very clean! The staff was very nice & friendly as well from the housekeeping do

Not what I expected to get for $200 a night. Very uncomfortable
Pros:

The downstairs lobby was pretty, the restaurant staff was so wonderful in helping me celebrate my birthday. The staff overall was friendly.

Cons:

I thought i would have enjoyed this placed but i kinda didn’t. The bed was unbelievably uncomfortable. I’m 5’5 ft and my feet was almost off the bed. No washcloths, no amenities and don’t get me started on the view outside the window . Talk about an obstructed view, I wish there was something nice to look at like some art work maybe. The floors are squeaky and you can hear noise outside the room very well. Paid so much and that was it..

Bad experience
Pros:

A few weeks ago, I made a reservation using their “Quick to Book and Charge” service. However, I had an emergency and needed to cancel it. I attempted to cancel two days in advance—well before the cancellation policy deadline—but no one would answer. I tried calling to make a *new* reservation just to see if they would pick up, and sure enough, they did. I told them I wanted to cancel my existing booking, but they claimed they needed to transfer me to someone else because they couldn't handle it themselves, or that they couldn't locate my reservation ID. They would transfer me, but then no one would answer, or they would offer me excuses—none of which were reasonable. I explained the situation to about four different people, but no one was willing to process the cancellation; they just kept making excuses. I eventually had to call my bank for assistance. In the end, they either couldn't—or simply wouldn't—help me. It was a terrible experience. I do not recommend booking with them unless it is for a last-minute or absolutely certain trip, because while they have plenty of excuses when it comes to cancellations, they certainly don't waste any time when it comes to charging you.

Pros:

Stayed her with my son and was ruined by a member off staff stealing from inside our suitcase, my young boy was distraught, moldy rooms, broken beds, broken aircon and showers, sockets hanging of the wall, cracks in sink, rude management, they lie to your face, and won’t help you at all. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

Bed bug Hotel
Pros:

Stayed for 1 night due to flight cancellation.
Took 1 hour to check in, plenty staff behind the counter, only 1 lady left to deal with the queue
Door key dif not activate, back down to a further wait in new line .
Room was filthy, shower cold water only,
Body now covered in bites from bed bugs on pillows.
Woukd I stay or recommend this hotel,
Absolutely not

Maria, the best
Pros:

El hotel lindo, lo único que nos entró alguien a la habitación a la noche, la habitación nada que ver con la foto que ponen. Nos atendió la recepciónista “MARIA” the best. Una muy buena persona, nos recomendó cosas y nos ayudó cuando tuvimos problemas. Muy resolutiva y gracias a ella pudimos conseguir las mejoras que necesitábamos. Representa muy bien a la empresa. Maria la mejor.

The hotel is lovely, the only issue was that someone entered our room during the night, and the room itself looked nothing like the photo they posted. We were assisted by the receptionist, "MARIA", she was the best! She is a truly wonderful person; she gave us recommendations and helped us out when we ran into problems. She is incredibly resourceful, and thanks to her, we were able to secure the upgrades we needed. She is an excellent representative for the company. Maria is simply the best.
