Pros:

Bom custo- benefício, mas importante saber que fica há uns 15 min de caminhada da área mais central. Os funcionários são bem solícitos e educados. Café da manhã gostoso, embora não variem com os dias.

Cons:

A ladeira pra chegar é bem considerável. Não vá de jeito nenhum com malas! Fomos porque não sabíamos e nos arrependendo muito! Melhor pegar taxi. O ponto mais negativo, no entanto, é que não tem wifi nos quartos!! Ao questionar a recepção responderam que só tem na área comum, o que não faz sentido já que o único lugar que quero ficar no hotel quando chego é meu quarto. A rede não pegava muito bem dentro e tive que ir pra área externa, no frio, pra usar quando precisei.

Bungalow was more like a garden shed
Pros:

The staff were lovely and it was in a very good position.

Cons:

The bungalow was more like a dark garden shed. It seemed pretty run down ( although the bathroom was recently refurbished). The kitchen was badly equipped with not enough space or equipment to cook anything. Only one working socket in whole place. Disappointing that there was nowhere to sit amongst the trees.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad.
Pros:

Omgeving mooi groen, goed ontbijt tegen betaling. Top advies waar te eten in Sorrento.

Cons:

Bed lag niet super. Kraan in badkamer ging moeizaam open en dicht, buitenlicht was kapot

L'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. Les explications pour les transports et les sorties
Lit fait tous les jours et salle de bain nettoyée, serviettes propres
Lit confortable

Cons:

Le moins, c'est la mauvaise odeur des canalisations.
La cuisine est trop sommaire, fil trop court pour le chauffe-eau. Plaques de cuisson qui ne chauffent pas bien.
Et le mieux c'est la proximité sonore des voisins...les joies du camping 😂

Location excellent 10 minutes walk to the main square basic rooms but comfortable breakfast room nice and relaxed and clean nice environment everyone who worked in the hotel was pleasant and friendly would stay again

Great experience, we will be back.
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to Sorrento. Lovely welcoming staff. Hotel rooms are great. Have safes, fridges and are clean. Meals are huge! Really enjoyable and catered really well to dietary requirements.

Qua locatie en bugalow zeer teleurstellend

het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam
ontbijt vas zeer basic

Cons:

er was gezegd 800 m van het centrum van Sorrento, kan wel kloppen maar er werd niet bij vermeld dat het een zeer stevige helling naar het logement was, absoluut niet aangenaam wandelen en niet voor iedereen mogelijk volgens ons;
bij de boeking is een foto van een bungalow in het groen, rustig gelegen, wij hadden een bugalow vlak naast bureau en de weg , niet rustig en enkel een haag voor onze bugalow, er stond enkel een kleine tafel en twee versleten plastieken stoelen voor de bungalow, dit was volgens de uitbaatster omdat booking.com enkel economic bungalows aanbied. De andere bungalows lagen inderdaad verder achterin in het groen met een picknicktafel en ligstoelen. Het minste dat jullie dan kunnen doen is dit eerlijk vermelden bij jullie voorstelling van het logement.
's morgens om 7.00 u hadden wij veel lawaai van vuilcontainers die verplaatst werden voor ophaling, en het verkeer, aangezien wij hadden verwacht om rustig in het groen te logeren was dit echt een afknapper.
In onze bugalow was eigenlijk aan renovatie toe, de badkamer was gedateerd, en zeer kleine douche.
Volgens jullie zouden wij daar 's avonds kunnen eten, wat niet het geval was, konden enkel take away bestellen volgens uitbaatster. Je kon wel 's middags aan het zwembad iets klein eten .

Very cute place!
Pros:

This place was so cute. Felt like a little getaway and a cute cabin. Very spacious and the beds were comfy. The air conditioning worked very well. The staff were very helpful!

Cons:

Only slight thing is to get to the property it’s a little bit of a walk uphill but honestly it wasn’t too bad, I didn’t mind too much.
