We were only in the hotel 1 night, and the overall experience was extremely good. Staff were amazing.
Pros:

Great location & very helpful staff.
Also has a fabulous roof top bar and pool.

Cons:

We had one of the back rooms, of which the outlook isn’t so nice.

Over all great hotel, the room was so comfy it felt like a staycation and the staff was so friendly and helpful

Cons:

The view from the room wasn’t that great and I wish there was furniture on the balcony, at least a chair and small table would have been nice..

Pros:

Harbor location in an historical building. Comfortable beds!

Cons:

Not a real spa hotel. Everything is at an extra charge including the saunas! The outdoor pool wasn’t heated and no service at the pool bar! They charge an extra 100 euros for a room that they called a suite! Was worse than our first regular room! Very noisy air traffic until 2am from nearby airport. Hot in the hallways in the hotel! The coffee cups in the room didn’t fit the coffee machine🤔

Two days in Haraklion on the way to Elounda
Pros:

Good location near port and a short uphill walk to the central bars and restaurants. Rooftop bar with seating area and pool was very good. We were upgraded to a junior suite so had plenty of room. Very comfortable huge bed. The free hotel car parking was immediately outside the hotel and a real plus. Breakfast cost €20 per head but was exceptionally good and service top class.
