Pros:

The property has good facilities, central and the staff are really helpful / organised

Cons:

The gym was a bit limited but it was not even mentioned in the property information this was just happy something was there

Bel hôtel mais la nuisance sonore est à solutionner
Pros:

Personnel très accueillant. Super petit déjeuner.
Parking gratuit et facile d’accès.

Cons:

Les chambres devraient être isolées car le bruit des avions est insupportable. Ils passent juste devant l’hôtel et très bas car ils viennent de décoller.

Un excellent séjour
Pros:

Un excellent établissement compte tenu de l’offre sur Heraklion. La situation en bord du centre historique permet de se déplacer facilement à pied.
Les chambres sont confortables et très propres . Et d’autre part le personnel est très agréable et de bon conseil .
