Pros:

Big and modern room
Wide choice for breakfast

Cons:

First evening we found a lizard in the bathroom. Easily removed by the staff.
Second evening we found a coachroach.
The morning after we found a worm.
They should pay more attention. Nothing really serious, but it's a 4 star hotel, these things should not happen.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit toller Austattung, großen Zimmern und sehr netten Personal :)

Sehr aufmerksames Personal und sehr saubere und große Zimmer :)

Cons:

Aus der Klimaanlage kam ein modriger Geruch weswegen wir diese leider nicht nutzen konnten

Pros:

Very good stay, very quiet place if you want to have a relaxing holiday, no kids around as it's adults only and that makes such a difference especially at night, in the room, and in the swimming pool. The rooms are extremely big, a living room with sofa and TV, big bed and also a balcony. It's a very good location although up on a hill but the hotel has a shuttle that takes the guests down to the center of the town. Also the hotel it's a quiet neighborhood, no clubs or noisy street around.

Cons:

The food could be better.

Pros:

De kamers waren praktisch en proper. Personeel behulpzaam. Zwembad is natuurlijk een geweldig pluspunt. Hotel gelegen aan de mooiste strandjes van Santa Cruz

Cons:

Het enige wat echt tegenviel waren de koffiemachines. Koffie was absoluut niet lekker maar smaken verschillen natuurlijk

Estancia maravillosa.
Pros:

Me gustó todo...la habitación muy amplia y acogedora...el ambiente súper tranquilo , la comida muy buena, el personal muy amable...tanto en recepción como en el restaurante....en especial A Felipe y Delia del comedor ....repetiré...me quedé con más ganas de disfrutar unos días más...gracias a todo el personal.

Pros:

A reggeli változatos és bőséges választékkal volt, minden nagyon finom volt. A környék tetszett nekünk, egy banánültetvény mellett van, közel az óceán partjához, kellemes kis sétával a központtól. A Loro park gyalog elérhető, nem kell autóba ülni és parkolóhelyet vadászni hozzá, vagy 7euróért a Park parkolóját használni.

Cons:

A zuhanyzóban a víz hőmérséklete folyton ingadozott, pár fokos különbség volt, nem forrázott le illetve nem fagyasztott meg, de érzékelhető volt a különbség.

Hôtel all inclusive
Pros:

Hôtel bien placé. Personnel au petit soin. Notre chambre était spacieuse et très agréable. La literie était au top. Au calme. Le soir, il y a des animarions sur place. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très varié en sucré et salé. Le buffet du dîner était intéressant mais les goûts un peu bizarre parfois nous qui sommes français. Un peu surpris et donc déçu sur le moment. Type riz au lait avec de la cannelle !!!
A recommander sans hésiter.

Cons:

La grande descente de la rue pour aller à la plage. Pour les personnes qui ont des difficultés à marcher. Il faut prendre la voiture.
Peut être le buffet du soir avec des goûts un peu bizarre, mais ce n'est que notre avis personnel.

Pros:

El trato del personal desde la Recepción, personal del comedor, los del bar de la piscina, el socorrista. Todos maravillosos.
Además de que todas las instalaciones están nuevas,con un mobiliario precioso. La comida variada. Fui con todo incluido y tanto las bebidas como el picoteo en el bar de la piscina me sorprendió. El Puerto de la Cruz en donde se ubica ,es un sitio emblemático de Tenerife. El Norte de la Isla muestra un verde combinado con el azul del mar ,adornado con el Teide imponente.
Encantada, ya reserve para volver pronto.
