A simpatia dos funcionários.

Cons:

Alguns serviços são pagos à parte. Como por exemplo, no buffet do pequeno-almoço um sumo de laranja natural tem um custo extra. Assim como a utilização de toalhas e algumas espreguiçadeiras.
Ingredientes de pouca qualidade no pequeno-almoço.
As festas na piscina são muito barulhentas sobretudo para os quartos adjacentes. Na primeira noite tivemos de pedir para trocar de quarto.

Cons:

El parking me pareció caro, pero es cierto que hay uno público a unos 150 metros. Eso sí, no sé si en temporada alta será suficiente.
Y la iluminación del baño no sirve para maquillarse, a pesar del espejo auxiliar.
Tampoco hay artículos de aseo, a pesar de ser 4 estrellas, aparte de los dispensadores de champú, gel y crema, de calidad media.

Amazing Hotel in Puerto da La Cruz
Pros:

I want to take a few minutes to write a detailed review of this hotel: let's start from my room: it was a spacious suite on the top floor, featuring a bedroom and a separate living area with a sofa and TV, with a nice terrace and beautiful view on the ocean. The hotel is well located about 15/20 minutes by walk from the sea and city center, and there is a shuttle bus running more times at the day. The restaurant offers breakfast and dinner buffets with a wide variety of choices, as well as themed evenings. Staff (especially in the restaurant) is really helpful and nice. I also liked the swimming pool and the lounge area. Near Hotel (200 mt) you can find a big free parking.

Cons:

There is only one thing that disappointed me and that was the lack of a Smart TV in the room, although this was clearly stated in the suite description. If they provide the suite with a Smart TV in the future, my rating will be a 10/10

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Una estancia muy agradable

Hemos estado 7 días en el hotel en régimen de todo incluido y, en general, nuestra experiencia ha sido bastante buena.

Quiero destacar sobre todo al personal, porque ha sido uno de los puntos fuertes de nuestra estancia. Han sido todos muy atentos, amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar.

Especialmente quiero mencionar a Bruno, que hacía unos cócteles impresionantes y siempre estaba dispuesto a ayudarte en todo lo que podía. También a Fanni, del restaurante, siempre súper amable y recomendándonos qué podíamos probar. Efran, también espectacular con los cócteles y muy atento. Jairo, del restaurante, siempre pendiente de nosotros y muy amable. Y por último Haridian, de recepción, que estaba haciendo sus prácticas y con la que no nos faltó de nada; siempre nos atendió con mucha amabilidad y profesionalidad.

En cuanto al buffet, en general lo vimos bastante bien y, estando en todo incluido, no echamos en falta ningún detalle. Como punto a mejorar, sí es verdad que durante el almuerzo nos pareció que había poca variedad y podrían ofrecer algo más de opciones.

Otro aspecto a mejorar es el colchón de la habitación. El que teníamos estaba bastante hundido y solicitamos que nos lo cambiaran. Nos pusieron una especie de sobrecolchón de espuma que ayudó algo, pero creemos que lo ideal habría sido cambiar directamente el colchón, ya que no descansábamos del todo bien.

Por último, algo que personalmente no nos pareció bien fue que a partir de las 23:00 se terminara el régimen de todo incluido. Si querías tomar algo después de esa hora, tenías que pagarlo aparte. Entendemos que cada hotel tiene sus condiciones, pero creemos que sería un punto importante a revisar, especialmente para un hotel que ofrece régimen de todo incluido.

A pesar de estos aspectos a mejorar, nos vamos bastante contentos con nuestra estancia, y sobre todo queremos agradecer al personal el trato recibido.

Hotel perfecto para unas agradables vacaciones
Pros:

La habitación estuvo genial, era amplia y súper cómoda para pasar unas vacaciones en pareja. Súper contento con el trato recibido por parte de los trabajadores del hotel y súper agradecido por el detalle que tuvieron conmigo el día de mi cumpleaños. Sin duda este hotel está para repetir mil veces.

Cons:

Quizá por poner algo diría que el horario de cenar en el buffet era muy temprano.
