Excellent place to stay!
Pros:

When we arrived we were delighted to find our room had been upgraded. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff were very helpful. Hotel is in a great position for walking everywhere.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay, with a few small issues that could be improved.
Pros:

The communication with the reception was easy and I really appreciated their responsiveness. I also appreciated having someone at the reception desk at all times. I had to check out very early in the morning, and they offered to help me arrange a taxi. It wasn’t necessary in my case because I already had a pre-booked Uber, but unexpected things can always come up, so it was reassuring to know that someone was there and willing to help.

The location was great. The room was small, but perfectly fine for a short stay. Overall, it was clean, comfortable, and a good choice for a short visit.

Cons:

One disappointment was the hot water. After arriving from Córdoba by train at around 10 p.m., I had to take a cold shower. I waited for the water to heat up, but it didn’t. Reception explained that the system takes longer to heat the water when it is very hot in Spain and people use less hot water. I found the explanation a little puzzling — I wasn’t expecting a very hot shower, but I certainly wasn’t expecting a cold one either. :)

I didn’t spend much time at the hotel because I had a lot to do in Granada, so I managed with lukewarm showers during my stay. There were also a couple of small maintenance issues: the shower head was slightly broken and leaked, and the toilet flush button was loose.

These details may not matter to everyone, but it’s a pity because the hotel has a nice atmosphere and plenty of comfortable lounge areas. With a little more attention to these small things, it could be much better.

L emplacement de l établissement est top par rapport au centre ville de grenade et ainsi qu à la visite de La Alhambra.
