The staff was exceptionally welcoming whenever we communicated, there’s rooms are super clean (although there are some signs of exploitation of course, but the condition is overall great), ac works perfectly, breakfast included is quite extensive, all was super tasty, the bar works very conveniently, we never stayed hungry and mostly had meals there. The concept of the hotel is cool, the approach to facilities resonates with us (refillable toiletries etc), water bottles upon request, kettle and fridge in the room. The bed is super comfy! Location is quite nice given it’s not our first time in Valencia, it’s close to the subway station as well. WiFi also worked perfectly! Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot, thanks for everyone involved ☺️
We did have an incident with noisy neighbors as even low speaking in the hallway is audible, as well as some neighbors who decided to party next door at 1 am - nonetheless it was quickly and amicable settled
The STAFF! The Team in the bar were incredibly helpful, kind and made the extra mile to make sure we all are happy. Also front desk Team was very helpful and quick everytime I had something to solve.
Sehr netter Empfang und wir konnten unsere Koffer sofort unterstellen. Sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter im Hotel bei allen Anliegen im Bezug auf Sehenswürdigkeiten und Öffis. Sehr gute Lage, zu Fuß alles gut erreichbar. Busstation direkt vor dem Hotel. Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend. Jederzeit gerne wieder.....
