Faire très attention lors de la réservation car l’hôtel se situe sur isola supérior : il faut donc prendre un bateau pour arriver à l hôtel 😉

Very enjoyable stay in a beautiful location.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable hotel in a fabulous location. Nice room, if a little small. L’Ocittaine toiletries were a nice touch.

Cons:

After 5.30 the island shuts up all shops and bars. Only places to eat are the hotels, so not much choice.The last ferry from Stresa back to the island is 7 p.m. so not much time to eat there and return.
Staff at the hotel were very efficient but not very friendly. Rather aloof.

Pros:

Une expérience absolument magique! Le soir venue une impression d'être seuls sur l'île très appréciable. Chambre vraiment spacieuse et très très confortable.lit immense. Nous avions demander un lit bébé et c etait parfait. Vue extraordinaire sur le lac.salle de bains merveilleuse avec douche aromatherapie et banc. Café thé et eau minérale a disposition. Petit déjeuner extra! Sur terrasse avec superbe vue. Buffet complet avec fruits frais charcuterie fromage etc. Gros plus pour les petits oiseaux qui viennent nous manger dans la main.mon bebe de 2 ans était aux anges. Restaurant un peu onéreux mais excellent.

Cons:

Plafond un peu bas attention a ne pas se cogner sur les poutres.mariage le soir donc bruit +++ heureusement que nous avions le dernier etage pour nous tt seul mais stopper a 23h30 donc tout a fait correct.

Amazing views
Pros:

Such an beautiful and quiet place. The views from the balcony are simply amazing!

Cons:

Getting the luggage off the boat and lugging it over gravel was not pleasant, though it only took 5 minutes. Pro tip: blue-and-yellow ticket boats park a lot closer to the hotel than the red ticket ones.
Still, the hotel has a pier - it would be so much easier if some boat could take us there directly

Pros:

L'emplacement, la terrasse avec vue sur le lac, la taille de la chambre, le calme , le jardin du petit déjeuner, le restau( cadre et repas)

Cons:

Il.manquait des porte-manteaux dans la salle de bains, et une bouilloire dans la chambre. Sinon, tout était parfait, on a adoré !

Début du petit déjeuner un peu tardif (8h) pour un lève tôt et nombre de cafés compris limité à deux.
Absence de frigo dans la chambre.
