Lovely but disrupted
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Lake Bled, Castle Bled, and the main bus stop, making it easy to get around. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. Our trees/lake-facing room on day one was well appointed, very clean, with storage, a good shower, extra pillows and blankets, and robes and slippers for the pool. We also appreciated the Rituals toiletries (although no extra amenities), including shampoo and conditioner. The heated indoor pool overlooking the garden in front ot the hotel is great, as are the sauna facilities. We liked the modern rose-themed design throughout the hotel.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we had significant noise issues on both Friday and Saturday nights due to corporate events at the hotel. On the first night, the music was incredibly loud and continued well beyond midnight - it was so disturbing that we eventually had to move rooms at around 01:30 to be able to sleep. We were initially told that evening that we would receive a refund for that night, but the following morning were told this was not possible because we had booked through Booking.com, which was disappointing and somewhat difficult to understand. We specifically checked whether there would be noise again on Saturday and were assured there would not be, but when we returned after dinner, music from another gathering was again clearly audible in our lake-facing room (on floor 2). The reception staff immediately offered to move us, but this meant giving up both our lake view and balcony for the rest of our stay. For this second evening's issues, they kindly offered us a 2 hour VIP spa package for Sunday by way of apology, which was nice.
The disrupted first night meant we missed breakfast the following morning. We did have breakfast on Sunday and found it ok.
When we checked out, there was an issue with the hotel adding minibar charges we did not incur, but upon asking them to recheck, they corrected this. Worth making sure of all charges before paying.
I am hopeful this was just an unfortunate weekend rather than necessarily representative of the hotel. The staff tried their best to help as best they could, particularly given that there was no manager on duty over the weekend. It is an otherwise nice hotel in an excellent location and, despite the problems we experienced, we had a fantastic time in Bled.

Top Lage und tolles Frühstück – beim Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist noch Luft nach oben
Pros:

Das Hotel präsentiert sich klar als modernes Businesshotel und ist entsprechend zweckmässig und funktional eingerichtet. Alles wirkt neu und gepflegt. Die Lage ist sehr schön: Das Hotel befindet sich in einer parkähnlichen Umgebung mit direktem Zugang zur Seepromenade.
Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das sehr abwechslungsreiche Frühstück, das nicht nur eine grosse Auswahl bietet, sondern auch wirklich schön und appetitlich präsentiert wird.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind allerdings sehr klein. Wer mit einem normalen Koffer anreist, merkt schnell, dass kaum Platz vorhanden ist, diesen vernünftig abzustellen oder geöffnet liegen zu lassen.
Ein deutlicher Minuspunkt war für uns der Kaffee beim Frühstück. Dieser war leider kaum geniessbar, sodass wir uns am Ende mit Nescafé beholfen haben. Bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse sollte ein guter Kaffee eigentlich selbstverständlich sein.
Auch die Parkgebühren empfinden wir als deutlich zu hoch. Da wir bereits im Winter gebucht hatten, bezahlten wir noch EUR 20 pro Nacht. Inzwischen liegt der Preis offenbar bereits bei EUR 30 pro Nacht – aus unserer Sicht für einen Hotelparkplatz klar zu viel.
Schade fanden wir auch die Öffnungszeiten des Wellnessbereichs von lediglich 17.00 bis 20.00 Uhr. Genau in diese Zeit fällt für viele Gäste das Abendessen. Die EUR 25 Eintritt hätten wir durchaus gerne bezahlt, wenn der Bereich bereits früher am Nachmittag geöffnet wäre.

Equipe às vezes despreparada em passar melhores informações. Na piscina não há ninguém para te auxiliar com uma água ou qualquer outro pedido.

Sve u svemu razočaravajuće
Pros:

Jedino mi se sviđa položaj

Cons:

Sobe su izuzetno male , kreveti prilično neudobni.
Naplačuje se parking u sklopu hotela i to 30€ dnevno , razveselilo me što su pet friendly ali cijena za malog psa id 8 kg je 50 € dnevno što je više nego pretjerano.
Kako si imali neki event u restoranu room service nije bio dostupan a kad su se javili telefonom ,mogli smo dobiti sendvič koji bi čekali oko 45 min pa smo stoga odustali.
Moram jedino pohvaliti osoblje jer su svi izuztno ljubazni.

Pros:

Cons:

Toilet flush gets stuck so water gushes until it gets unstuck. But we learnt the trick to flushing
