Comfortabele bedden (hoofdbedden), goede nachtrust, maar te duur voor wat je krijgt.

Dichtbij het meer van Bled

Cons:

We wouden avondeten daar in het restaurant, was bijna geen volk en moesten een uur wachten. Het vlees was dan ook nog rauw dat ze serveerden.
Het 3de bed in de kamer, een openklapbed, deze matras was super slecht!

Prijzig hotel vlakbij het meer van Bled
Pros:

Het hotel heeft een zeer goede ligging, vlak aan het meer en de boulevard van Bled. De kamer was ruim, we kregen een upgrade naar een kamer met zicht op het meer.

Cons:

Het hotel is in orde maar het is erg duur voor hetgeen je in de plaats krijgt. Je betaalt hier vooral voor de locatie. Het meer is erg toeristisch en druk bezocht. Ook de parking was overdreven duur, €30 per nacht. Dat zou wel wat minder mogen zijn omdat je sowieso al een hoge prijs voor je kamer hebt betaald.

Not good value for money
Pros:

The location is amazing and breakfast was very nice.

Cons:

The room wasn't as clean as we expected, which should really be a standard for a hotel of this level. The room was also quite small, and for 420 euros a night, this was unfortunately not the experience we had hoped for.

This is not our first time at Bled Rose so it is definitely getting worse over time.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with lovely grounds and a great overall atmosphere. The rooms, however, are quite small, which is something to keep in mind if you prefer more space.

The staff was pleasant, although nothing stood out as exceptional.

One thing future guests should be aware of is that the hotel hosts weddings and other events on weekends. On Friday and Saturday nights, the music continues until around 2:00 a.m., making it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

Also, be aware that on-site parking is an additional charge of €40 per day. I wasn’t aware of this before arriving, so it was an unexpected expense.

Overall, it’s a beautiful property, but I would recommend it more for guests who don’t mind late-night noise or who are staying during the week rather than on a weekend.
