Excellent stay
Pros:

Pros:

Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Mit ein paar Schritten ist man direkt im Zentrum. Das Zimmer war gross und geräumig. Das Frühstück war grosszügig.

Cons:

Im Zimmer war leider immer noch Teppich ausgelegt. Dieser sollte unbedingt ersetzt werden. Wir hatten das Gefühl dass dies auch die Luftqualität negativ beeinflusst. Zudem ist uns beim Betreten des Zimmers aufgefallen, dass nicht richtig gesaugt wurde, da es neben/unter dem Bett noch Dreck vom Vorgänger hatte.
Das Frühstück an sich war grosszügig, der Raum jedoch riesig und auch sehr sehr laut. Das Personal war okay, könnte jedoch noch etwas freundlicher sein und nicht nur Dienst nach Vorschrift machen.

A Nice Hotel
Pros:

The hotel room/bathroom areas were as expected - not very roomy but certainly adequate and well appointed. We slept well in this quiet room with a comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast options were extensive and staff worked hard to keep items refilled.

Cons:

The breakfast room was chaotic with so many people trying to get coffee, etc. at the same time. The only suggestion I would have is to add another coffee machine as there was often a line.

Pros:

Location was the most prominent plus. Right at the Center and very accessible to the several tourist locations. Many restaurants in the vicinity and most tour operators start from nearby. Staff were very helpful. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Room was not noise proof. and this needs to be fixed. And the room is small but ok for a single person. It would have been a little tight if it was a couple
