The staff were all so helpful and friendly
Pros:

The Hotel were so accommodating with our room change and extension of stay, being there 5 days we tried other local restaurants but the food here was excellent but we wanted to vary our menu a little.

Cons:

If staying a few days would like a little more change in menu.

Heerlijk verblijf in een prachtige omgeving
Pros:

De heerlijk comfortabele en schone kamer met een fantastisch uitzicht op San Gimignano. Maar vooral: het vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel!

Cons:

Als je wat later kwam ontbijten was er vaak al veel op (scrambled eggs, broodjes, fruit).

Pros:

Pekne zrekonštruovaná budova, skvelý bazén, veľa zelene. Dobré raňajky aj večera. Čašníci boli ochotní a milí.

Cons:

Nastal problém po druhej noci ,kde v jednej z našich izieb boli v posteli mravce. Vyreklamovane to bolo zľavou z večere. Personál konkrétne asi to bola upratovačka to kolegyni komentovala ,že sme v posteli konzumovali jedlo. Asi nevedela,že rozumieme po Taliansky. No trapas.
Negatívum je poloha hotela pri rušnej hlavnej ceste.

Au calme, à 3km environ de la foule de San Gimignano. Personnel très serviable et sympathique.
Bon restaurant pour le dîner avec une vue splendide depuis la terrasse.

Es war ein perfekter Toscqna Urlaub! Sehr zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage für Ausflüge. Von der Terrasse hat man einen grandiosen Blick auf San Gimignano. Toscana pur !! Sehr zu empfehlen.
Toller Pool, nettes Personal. Das Zimmer war typisch für eine italienischen Villa. Das Frühstück war auch für Deutsche in Ordnung. :)

Pros:

Sehr gut gelegen um sternförmig die Toskana zu erkunden.
Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich.
Der Pool läd zum relaxen ein.

Cons:

Durch die Straße die am Hotel vorbeiführt ist besonders in der Nacht der Verkehr sehr zu hören.

Wonderful Family friendly and dog friendly boutique hotel just outside of San Giminiano
Pros:

We had this fabulous triple or quad room - it had a separate room with two single beds and a little kitchenette which had lots of room for suitcases in the corner or laundry. Then the main part had matrimonial bed and another twin against the wall. Could have comfortably slept a family of 5 and it's so refreshing to find hotels that accommodate for this type of thing. Breakfast was great and the balcony/terrace overlooking town, valley and pool is views to die for!! The pool was clean and beautiful with comfortable chairs all around (I love the ones with the face shade adjustable piece! When you drive in, it's a stunning old villa with lots of character. Friendly well organized reception and very nice classic but clean and updated rooms. Wonderful restaurant location with stunning balcony/terrace.
