Pros:

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof und nur 750 m von der Einkaufszone mit Altstadt. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal mit tollen Tipps. Im hotelangegliedertem Restaurant "Mondrian" kann man sehr gut essen und trinken.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das Essen im angeschlossenen Restaurant "Mondrian" war exzellent.

Localização, cordialidade da staff.

Cons:

Café da manhã servido no restaurante anexo ao hotel. Como era domingo, resolvi tomar meu café da manhã às 10h. O serviço é oferecido 7 às 11h. Para minha surpresa, tinha terminado suco de laranja, salsichas, tomate, pimentão, croissant, salada de fruta.

Prima voor een nacht, met wat kanttekeningen
Pros:

Redelijk centraal gelegen t.o.v. de Altstad. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers zijn netjes. Gezellige goede bar met gezellig zitje buiten.

Cons:

Helaas was het warm in de kamers aan de voorkant. De torenventilator biedt onvoldoende verkoeling op warme dagen. Het ontbijt is een beetje chaotisch geregeld want de koffie wordt vers gezet en in thermoskannen geserveerd. De capaciteit is kennelijk onvoldoende om iedereen tegelijk van koffie te voorzien. Hoewel het personeel zijn best deed hebben we 3 keer moeten vragen om koffie en toen we die eindelijk kregen hadden we het ontbijt al lang op. Investeren in een goede koffiemachine zou vermoedelijk voor zowel gasten als personeel een uitkomst kunnen zijn.
