Quartier tranquille, bel emplacement, personnel très sympa et bonne literie.
Pros:

L’emplacement idéal. Le personnel très sympathique. Le confort de la literie. Le petit déjeuner. Le checkout à midi. La climatisation. Le calme du quartier.

Good value for money overall.
Pros:

The staff and cleanness are great. Location is perfect, in La Gracia area which is a beautiful spot.

Cons:

A few things to improve.

1) For bathroom please put toilet cleaner as anyone who uses toilet can clean themselves. We can’t leave anything to room cleaners.
2) couple very basic things. There is nothing to hang the towels in bathroom, and nothing to put shampoo/body lotion into while showering. An old person would have difficulty to get down to take them. They should be left somewhere up in the bathroom.

La ubicación da acceso a contactar con negocios no tan enfocados al turista.

Cons:

La limpieza general del hotel es deplorable: hongos en las duchas, polvo, restos de huéspedes anteriores bajo la cama, cucarachas en la zona de desayunos.
