Pros:

The person who received us was really friendly and nice. The apartment is located at the end of the street so there is no through traffic.

Cons:

For such money, basic things were missing. There was no microwave or dishwasher in the kitchen and even no paper towels. There was a coffee maker but no coffee. For a night's stay, it's not bad.
