Posizione strategica, camera molto bella e pulita, ottima colazione
Great location. Clean, good sized room.
The hotel stored our 5 bags for us after checkout while we did one final tour. Unfortunately, when we headed to the airport, we were only given 4 of our bags. We should have checked ourselves, but I wish all bags had been pulled from the closet by the front desk. It cost me 180 Euro to have my bag shipped to me.
Everything was fantastic - warm welcome (staff were lovely and very helpful), lovely quiet rooms, great location within walking distance of main sights, and good breakfast. Hope to return.

We had to leave early in the morning before breakfast hours so they gave us a breakfast to go which was very poor.
Great location, interesting artwork, very clean, lovely helpful staff.
The view from our room was disappointing, just a back utility space, but we were out all day so it wasn’t a problem.
The room and hotel were beautiful. Honestly I wish I was staying longer. Definitely would use this hotel again when traveling to Rome.

The location is fantastic - walking distance to everything & surrounded by great little restaurants & of course Trastevere just across the river. Loved our room with separate entrance, close to the breakfast room (great food).
The stairs up to our room were a little daunting with all our luggage but Michael helped with the heavy ones 😁

Clean and the staff were very nice! Valeria, Calvin, Isaac and the guy for breakfast were all very nice and they went out of their way to assist. Thank you for making our experiencing in Rome a nice stay!
Cleanliness and staff
Stayed a night at this hotel after a cruise at the end of May, 2026.
I have read some of the negative reviews and I have to say our experience was nothing but positive.
We showed up a few hours before the usual check-in time and the two young women at receptioon were particularly welcoming and friendly. We had also booked a private transfer from the cruise terminal through the hotel and it could not have gone smoother.
Reception told us that our room was not ready, but that they would text us when it was, if we wanted to head out to explore. They stowed our luggage and off we went.
The hotel is very nicely located. We wanted to see the Pantheon and it is no more than a 10 minute walk away. And the shopping in the area? My wife was in heaven, even though my credit card ended up in hell. LOL.
When we came back from lunch, we were old our room was ready and that that it was located in the "Annex". This was the first we had heard of this "seprate building" busisness. We were simply unaware that there was a separate building at the time of booking. In any event, it was a complete non-issue for us - see below.
We followed a young man from main reception, who hauled our bags down the street and into an alley entrance of another building about 150 - 200 meters in distance from the main reception desk. Not far.
We were placed on the fourth floor and the bags were delivered there by the hotel employee. Yes there is a flight of stairs up to the elevator level and the elevator is rather small, but we didn't carry our bags up those stairs and all three of us fit in the elevator, together with our bags. When we departed our bags were carried out to the waiting (hotel booked) driver - no fuss no muss. All was arraged with main reception and went smoothly. We just had to let reception know we needed assistance with our bags and this entirely ended any potentlal issue with the us having to carry heavy down a flight of stairs.
The room itself had great views, was clean and stylish. The bathroom had a toilet, bidet, sink and the shower was very nice. The AC in the rrooom worked wonderfully.
The bed was comfortable and we heard little noise coming from the street below or other areas of teh Annex.
Would have no issue booking this hotel again.

Perfectly located and comfortable rooms.
We had a cleaning issue with a room when we arrived, but the staff replied promptly and offered us a free breakfast as a sign of courtesy.
There are two buildings and you might be located on the annex - there is nothing bad about it, but it's not as charming as the main one.
Breakfast nice, great location, nice staff. Comfortable bed.
Room adjacent to dining room, so staff noisy at 6am especially considering the open hole in ceiling w no insulation.
Room also noisy from alley just below and busy street nearby.
Small refrigerator light would not turn off, so an unwelcome nite lite.

No milk provided for tea/coffee. Dirty spoon on cutlery tray in room. The lift in the annex doesn't feel very safe and is hard to operate.
