Helpful, friendly staff, small but nice public area for meeting, relaxing, large breakfast buffet. We were upgraded to a better room after we mentioned the street noise - a couple bars across the street can be quite "lively." Ask for a room that faces the inner courtyard if street noise is an issue for you. Once we moved, it was very quiet.
The first night we didn't sleep well - because of the street noise, and lack of air conditioning. Windows open (a little.) The hotel provides fans, but they are small. If you come in the summer and arrive during a heat wave, your room will be warm. (Not many hotels in Oslo offer a.c.) I requested a different room, and we were given a quiet, better room for the rest of the stay (and an extra fan.)
Very nice hotel, great location, walking distance from the train station, friendly staff.
One small thing, we had 2 breakfasts and went usually after 9. There was never anything sweet left i.e. a piece of cake, croissants etc. which is very unusual for a hotel breakfast. Maybe there were some earlier but obviously not enough for everybody.

Location was good! Room was quiet!
Bed was too soft and pillows too bulky and outdated! No toiletries available. Breakfast was chaotic especially when the old Asian lady was working. She ran around the entire time collecting dishes even when people had not finished their meals. It happened to me twice when I had gotten up to get a cup of coffee! When people are on vacation a relaxing breakfast is part of the experience!

Very nice atmosphere in the hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was very comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge but no milk!
Breakfast was very good and coffee was available all day in the bar area. This is a very nice touch and would be a good idea in hotels in other countries but I have never seen this before.
The hotel is very centrally located and close to the tram line for furter journeys. Everything is within walking distance of the hotel.
No milk in the room just creamer and no milk to add to coffee in the morning without using milk in machine which was more than needed!
Room was tidied each day but shower was not cleaned out. Door to room opened outwards which was a little bizarre and the card was needed to lock the door which I only knew about feom booking reviews!
The light switch in the bedroom was in an odd place, not obvious to find.
It would have been nice to have one English speaking news chanel.
