Nice property, good location in quiet area, with good breakfast.
Pros:

Nice room, good breakfast and close to vapporetto stop. (No stairs for luggage)

Cons:

No elevator to 2nd floor. Otherwise, nice rooms and property.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación, a pasos de una parada de vaporetto.
Habitación cómoda y limpia. Buen desayuno. Personal amable y permiten dejar el equipaje mientras la habitación está lista o después del check out si tu viaje es más tarde. Sin dudas una muy buena opción, a la cual volvería.

Cons:

Nada en particular, solo por decir algo, que no hay ascensor y las valijas hay que subir por escalera. En nuestro caso nos tocó un primer piso así que no fue tan grave.

Al Ponte Mocenigo is a lovely place to stay in the heart of Venice.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with an amazing and storied history. It is located in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to the Grand Canal and Palazzo San Marco. The owners, Sandro and Walter, were exceptionally helpful, warm and welcoming.

Everything was excellent.
