Overall a pleasant stay, though a few small updates to the room amenities and corridors would make it even better
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

The corridor flooring could use an update. It would also be nice to have proper mugs instead of disposable cups for the kettle in the room, and disposable slippers would be helpful too, as the floor gets quite cold.

Beautiful Venician hotel in great location.
Pros:

The staff were very hospitable, warm and professional.
Breakfast was great and more options than expected for a boutique hotel.
Decor was beautiful.
Our suite was a great size and comfortably accommodated 4 people. Very comfortable, clean and beautifully furnished.
Location is perfect - vaporetto right outside which goes direct to airport, train station, Lido (beach) and connects to rest of Venice. Option for water taxi at door. Neighbourhood feels safe and quiet yet plenty of great food and shopping options. Easy to walk to all main attractions.

Pros:

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. We we're greeted by the hotel staff nicely and quickly led to our lovely and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was fantastic. Surrounded by so many easy to get to places in Venice and right next to the boat ferry port. Couldn't recommend enough! Great pricing as well.

Pros:

Very good breakfast, great location, friendly staff. The look and feel was really authentic. Comfortable bed, spacious bedroom, offers products for shower and complimentary tea which is highly appreciated

Cons:

The only thing on the minus side, that did not affect the stay or the rating: the bell to enter the property (as the doors are on the side) seems to be working on and off, so we would be waiting a few minutes to enter, but nothing special.

Pros:

Отель находится у водной остановки, очень удобно даселтся с чемоданом и потом до вокзала 10 минут пешком. Рядом отличные таверны, внутри шикарный дворик для завтрака, в номере было холодно, пришлось спасть с открытым окном, чтоб не мёрзнуть. Завтраки хорошие, кровать большая, все для пары ночей есть. В Венеции дорого жить, но это же Венеция. Не пожалела, что выбрала его. Берите подальше от центра, чтоб гулять больше

В ванной не уходила вода в раковине. Комната холодная, в жаркое лето ок, но мы мерзли)

Pros:

Ein sehr schönes venezianisches kleines Hotel in guter Lage. Das Frühstück war gut das Personal sehr freundlich. Vaperetto in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen.
