Nous reviendrons
Pros:

Nous avons tout apprécié, de l'arrivée avec l'accueil de l"hotesse", la chambre très propre et grande avec sa terrasse privé. L'accueil de l'"hotesse" au petit déj au top, et petit dej super.
Bien placé dans la vieille ville d'Alcúdia. Nous recommandons vraiment cet établissement.

Meine Enkelin und ich sind ganz begeistert! Ein kleines, charmantes Hotel mit liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmern mitten im Herzen von Alcudia, aber dennoch ruhig gelegen, war die Grundlage für einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Rafael und sein gesamtes Team sind die perfekten Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Betten (Härte der Matrazen und wunderbaren Kissen) sind wie für uns gemacht und die Klimaanlage flüsterleise. Die Terrasse mit einem herrlichen Blick auf Alcudia ist die Sensation! Zum Frühstück erwarteten uns spanische Spezialitäten, zum Teil selbst hergestellt (z.B. die leckeren Marmeladen). Ein ganz großes und herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Team des Cas Ferrer Nou Hotelet und des Fonda Llabrés Restaurant, in welchem wir schon ab dem zweiten Besuch fröhlich mit "Hallo, Familie!" begrüßt wurden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Smuk beliggenhed i den gamle bydel i Alcudia
Pros:

Smuk beliggenhed ved de idylliske gader centralt i Alcudia. Især om aftenen er der en fantastisk stemning

Cons:

Lidt forladt bolig, men samtidig fint privat. Vi havde problemer med p-pladser da der var vejarbejde hvor vi ellers skulle ind.

Visita a Alcudia
Pros:

La habitación muy cómoda y bonita, si bien el servicio de desayuno no es en el mismo hotel está a unos metro y es de muy buena calidad. El hotel queda en el centro histórico y además Alcudía es un sector muy bonito, tranquilo y familiar.

Cons:

En general todo bastante bien, el tema del parking en el centro histórico depende de donde encuentres sitio donde estacionar por lo que si vas en auto es importante conocerlo de manera anticipada. No tuvimos problemas en encontrar, pero no siempre era cercano al hotel por lo que había que caminar. Pero en general todo muy bien.

In general we were very happy with our stay
Pros:

the room was great and the staff were very hospitable, the breakfast is very simple, yet you may ask for a fresh omelet to be cooked for you

Cons:

need to be mindful of few things if you are planning to book your stay here: our room was on a 3rd floor, hence some stairs to climb :) the location of the hotel is in the middle of the old city of Alcudia, hence not a beach area, we had a car rented so no problem; in case you rent a car, note that parking is few hundred meters away from the hotel, as you would have to have a special permit to drive into the old town, otherwise you need to park outside of the walls of the old town

Lovely room, water could be better
Pros:

Excellent space, very quiet, powerful AC (which was critical during this heat), strong wifi in the room. Comfy bed, really large bathroom and nicely appointed bathroom. We only interacted with a staff member once but she was really helpful and accomodating.

Cons:

The water coming out of the faucets had a diesel-like aroma and flavor, which was extremely unpleasant.

🟢 Ce que nous avons aimé :

Nous avons passé deux nuits absolument parfaites dans cet établissement.

• L’accueil et le service : Le gérant est d’une gentillesse remarquable, toujours souriant et très accueillant. Le fait qu’il parle plusieurs langues est un véritable atout et facilite grandement les échanges.

• La chambre : Tout simplement magnifique et d’une propreté irréprochable. On s’y sent tout de suite très bien.

• Le petit-déjeuner : Le buffet est très varié avec beaucoup de choix. Un excellent point pour l’attention portée aux différents régimes alimentaires et aux allergies, ce qui est assez rare pour être souligné !

• L’emplacement : Idéal, situé en plein centre-ville avec de nombreuses boutiques et commodités à proximité immédiate. Malgré cette situation très centrale, l’hôtel reste extrêmement calme la nuit, ce qui permet de parfaitement se reposer.

Une excellente adresse où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors de notre prochain passage !

Ook aandacht aan de kleine dingen zoals koffie thee enz
Luxe uitstraling en goede bedden

Pros:

Lage top, direkt in der Altstadt Alcudias. Rundherum viele Gratisparkplätze. Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte ein etwas fechter Geruch, Lüften war schwer.
