Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut! Einfach nur weiterzuempfehlen!!
Pros:

Es war alles super! Das Hotelzimmer war genau perfekt für uns zwei. Altmodisch gestaltet, aber sehr gut gepflegt. Wir hatten eine perfekte Sicht auf den Sonnenuntergang. An der Einrichtung merkte man, wie viel Mühe sich das Hotelteam gibt. Tägliche Zimmerreinigung, sehr nettes Personal. Strand sowie Bushaltestelle befand sich in der Nähe. Der Pool war super. Das Hotel war nah einem gut besuchten Restaurant und an einer Straße, aber haben uns trotzdem sehr privat gefühlt. Zwei Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir wurden immer begrüßt und uns wurde immer weitergeholfen bei Fragen. Wir waren 10 Tage da und haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Das Personal und der Service ist nur positiv zu bewerten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal herkommen!

Amazing
Pros:

I recommend this place to anyone staying in Crete. It is a few minutes away from the shuttle bus stop and Synka supermarket (local chain where you can find pretty much everything), which was great since we couldn't rent a car.

Our room had plenty of space and it was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The room was cleaned regularly, which isn't something you come across everywhere, it's a big plus.

Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible - the staff will truly be there for anything you need at any time. Although we had our flight really late in the night, we were still warmly welcomed since their reception is open 24/7.

Perfect stay in this hotel
Pros:

Nice hotel, peace and cleanliness.
Bus stop near by, also Lidl and Zynka. To the beach 5-6minutes, but hotel has a nice swimming pool

Pros:

Le personnel était agréable.
L'emplacement a 10min en voiture du centre ville

Cons:

Des fourmis trouvé dans la chambre plusieurs jours et seul un produit a été mis (qui marchait temporairement). Nous avons demandé a changé de chambre, ce qui nous a été refusé avant que le personnel nous a indique que toutes les chambres étaient prises..

Soggiorno a Chania
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura a Chania per una settimana. Nel complesso l'esperienza è stata positiva. L'hotel è un po' datato, ma gli ambienti sono puliti e ben tenuti.

La camera è semplice ma funzionale: dispone di un piccolo angolo cottura con due fornelli, lavabo e frigorifero. Sono presenti alcuni utensili da cucina. Abbiamo apprezzato il balconcino, dotato di tavolino e due sedie, ideale per rilassarsi.

Il bagno, invece, avrebbe bisogno di essere rinnovato: è piuttosto piccolo, con un lavandino molto ridotto, una doccia scomoda con una tenda ormai datata ed è privo di bidet.

Un punto a favore della struttura è la piscina, sempre a disposizione degli ospiti. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato la possibilità di utilizzare gratuitamente ombrelloni e altri accessori da portare in spiaggia, un servizio davvero comodo.

La posizione è ottima: proprio di fronte si trovano una pizzeria e un ristorantino greco, mentre a pochi passi ci sono un Lidl e un supermercato ben fornito, molto pratici per qualsiasi esigenza. Nelle vicinanze si trovano anche alcune spiagge piacevoli, facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.

Come suggerimento per migliorare il soggiorno, consiglierei di attrezzare meglio l'angolo cottura, aggiungendo una caffettiera, qualche utensile in più e alcuni prodotti essenziali come olio, sale e tovaglioli.

Nel complesso è una buona soluzione per chi cerca un alloggio semplice, pulito e in una posizione comoda per visitare Chania e godersi il mare.

Bagno, cucina poco attrezzata.

Great stay with beautiful hosts ❤️
Pros:

Loved the location. Very near the beaches tavernas and bars etc but still so quiet at night. Super clean lovely little pool. Loads of sunbeds and seating, umbrellas etc. Great little pool bar open from early till midnight.
A beautifully Greek family run hotel where you are made to feel very much one of the family.
Going back very soon ! ❤️

A really lovely, good value, family run hotel
Pros:

Perfect location, within walking distance of lovely beaches and restaurants, as well as two large supermarkets. Also easily walkable to the bus stops to Chania. We really loved the pool and garden/bar area - it was really peaceful with lots of drinks on offer. Every member of staff we interacted with was friendly and helpful and I really liked that the hotel was family run. The room was fairly basic but for the price we paid I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

A great stay
Pros:

We had to make a last minute booking after a flight cancelation. We arrived late and was welcomed and checked in quickly. The pool area was lovely, the family who run it are all so friendly and welcoming. Lovely restaurants opposite and down the road, along with stunning beach 5min walk. A great stay.

Cons:

The pool area is very quite which is lovely to an extent but not so nice when the older guests keep staring over at teenagers having fun in the pool.

One of the best places to stay in the area
Pros:

Location to beaches, restaurants and supermarkets, pool, hospitality and staff, transportation to/from airport, safe and secure, cleanliness.

Cons:

Air conditioning noisy and can be heard from other apartments whilst sleeping.
Limited tv channels for uk.
Wifi is unreliable and difficult to get a stable connection.
Rooms are basic and dated.

Pros:

Everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel was spotless, the room was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I loved having a private balcony where I could relax and read. The location is excellent, with three beautiful beaches within walking distance, Lidl less than two minutes away, SYN.KA supermarket nearby, restaurants just across the street, and a bus stop to Chania only about 100 meters away.

The best part of my stay was the staff. Gina, Maria, Iliana, and Harry made me feel like part of their family from the moment I arrived. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, and Iliana even speaks Spanish. If I had known how wonderful this place was, I would have booked a much longer stay.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing. Everything was excellent and exceeded my expectations.
