Pros:

The host was delightful, helpful and very kind! She was exceptional. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was excellent and in walking distance to many of the main attractions. Perfect for our short stay in Salzburg.

Perfect location, great choice of accommodation
Pros:

Amazing place to stay in Salzburg. Perfect location. Great breakfast. Free coffee all day. Big room for three people. Staff was incredibly helpful. We loved the chairs and tables outside to sit in the morning and evening. Directly in the heart of the action. Public parking available about 6 min walk, 40 euros a day but the hotel gives you a discount ticket taking it down to 26 euros a day (2026). Would definitely recommend and go back.

Cons:

I didn't mind about the noise from the street, but keep it mind that with no air con, you have to sleep with windows open during summer... and the street is pretty busy late (bars) and early (delivery trucks). So ask for a room without a streetview if you're sensitive to noise while sleeping or bring earplugs.

Good value and great location
Pros:

Great central location but still quiet at night. Located on a quiet street but close to the center and the river. Wonderful breakfast. Small but very comfortable room. The bathroom was a little tight. Friendly staff.

Very nice hotel in right in the centre of Salzburg
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great, walking distance from the main city square and with many amenities close by. The breakfast was varied with many options. The bed and room were comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Pros:

I appreciated the complimentary water, tea and coffee available from 07:00 to 21:00 and not just at breakfast time. I liked the variety of breakfast choices and everything was fresh. The staff were incredible, attentive but not overbearing.

Cons:

I was expecting an air conditioner in my room, but the fan worked just fine. Although I thought the location of the hotel was perfect for my chosen activities, it was a little bit difficult to find for some of the Uber drivers who were not familiar with the hotel... so maybe better signage.

Great place to stay, good value.

The location was great, room was quiet and clean. The breakfast and staff were exceptional! Everyone was so friendly and helpful!

Cons:

The bathroom was really small and the back door to the balcony had to be open to vent the AC unit.

Klare Empfehlung! Tolles Hotel, sehr gut gelegen, jederzeit würden wir wieder kommen!
Pros:

Wunderbares Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal, perfekte Lage. Ruhig, aber dennoch alles fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Beim Suchen des Parkplatzes hatten wir kleine Probleme, wurden aber telefonisch sehr gut zum Parkhaus gelotst. Ganz toll auch, dass man sich kostenlos Kaffee oder Tee nehmen kann und sowohl im Frühstücksraum als auch vor dem Hotel sehr schön sitzen kann.
