Hotel mit Charme, aber ein paar Kritikpunkte
Pros:

Rezeption war sehr freundlich

Cons:

Frühstückspersonal (Dame) war sehr unfreundlich.
Schaufensterpuppen am Gang waren unheimlich.
Stiege extrem steil, nicht für alle schaffbar. Zimmer Nr. 26 notdürftige Reparatur im Bad. Zimmer Nr. 14: Scglauch der Klimaanlage hing aus dem Fenster, war mit Klebeband fixiert und Fenster ließ sich dadurch nicht schließen.
Zimmer Nr. 22: Raumhöhe extrem unheimlich
Betten extrem hart, Kissen wie ein Bachstein. .

Awesome location, great hotel!
Pros:

The location was outstanding. The people behind the desk went above and beyond and were ridiculously kind to us. Breakfast was great. The room with a nice size and clean. During our 1/2 hour of quiet time, we loved sitting on the balcony on the second floor and people watching what was happening in the Square. Literally, I can’t say enough nice things.

The people here are caring and very helpful! They arranged water taxi for us coming and going.

Wonderful!
Pros:

Everything was positive the vibe of the hotel, the location was super close for walking to the main attractions plus you can easily take gondolas or water taxis from the plaza where the hotel is located without having to got through the bridges. Breakfast was also super great, a lot to choose from and very tasteful!

Cons:

It does smell a little musty but like I guess it comes from the entire city being surrounded by water, would be great to address but nothing major honestly.

A wonderful hotel with old world charm and a great location.
Pros:

The room was spacious, with old world charm yet modern conveniences. The staff were extremely friendly, well informed and helpful. The location was very quiet yet convenient to all the main attractions, including St. Mark’s Square and the Rialto Station.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est bon, mais il y a un restaurant au rez-de-chaussée et beaucoup de bruit provenant de la rue, ce qui rend le repos difficile. L’hôtel est extrêmement ancien ; on ressent les mouvements du bâtiment lorsque les personnes des étages supérieurs se déplacent. Cela ne donne pas un sentiment de sécurité ni de confort.

Le mobilier est également très usé. Dans la salle du petit-déjeuner, certaines chaises sont cassées et pourraient même abîmer les vêtements. Il est surprenant qu’elles n’aient pas encore été remplacées. De plus, l’hôtel ne dispose pas d’ascenseur.

Dans l’ensemble, l’établissement est très ancien et ne correspond pas au prix demandé. Malgré son bon emplacement, le rapport qualité-prix ne nous a pas semblé satisfaisant.

Una sera hanno organizzato un matrimonio con musica alta fino a oltre mezzanotte. Io con una bambina piccola ho segnalato il disagio, mi hanno risposto che gli dispiaceva. Stiamo parlando di un 5 stelle da quasi 1000 euro a notte. Siamo alla follia

Most memorable stay in Venice. We experienced time travel while staying at Hotel Palazzo Vitturi!
Pros:

We upgraded to the exclusive Suite Deluxe with 2 private Juliette's balconies overlooking Campo Santa Maria Formosa....Wow, what awesome views! We're so glad we did. The room was beautifully renovated while maintaining some of the original frescos. The breakfast was also warm and welcoming. Can't beat the location! In the heart of Venice.
