В этом номере был неисправен центральный кондиционер и вместо него был мобильный и было жарковато. Администрация постаралась сделать все чтобы это загладить, угостили Просеком со льда, напитками. Установили дополнительные вентиляторы

Pros:

The hotel is hundred of years old, formerly a private residence of the Vitturi family. We had frescoes in our room! It is located in a quieter area of Venice so less crowded, but easily walkable to the main sites. There was a farmers' market each morning in the piazza and a restaurant right next door. The breakfast was very good - assorted cold meats, fruits, pastries, juices, etc. - all delicious!
The staff were terrific. We had many interactions with Marcella, both before and during our stay. She was extremely knowledgeable regarding just about everything! Very sweet person. Hardworking, courteous, a true asset to this property. Thank you so much for all your help. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Can't wait to go back.

Pros:

Η διαμονή μας στο Palazzo Viturri ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχη και ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία. Το ξενοδοχείο συνδυάζει την αυθεντική γοητεία της Βενετίας με άψογη εξυπηρέτηση και εξαιρετική φιλοξενία.
Το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετικό, με μεγάλη ποικιλία και υπέροχη θέα στην πλατεία, κάτι που έκανε κάθε πρωινό ξεχωριστό. Οι κοπέλες που το εξυπηρετούσαν ήταν πάντα ευγενικές, χαμογελαστές και πρόθυμες να βοηθήσουν, δημιουργώντας μια πολύ ζεστή ατμόσφαιρα.
Ο Δημήτρης στη ρεσεψιόν εξαιρετικά ευγενικός, επαγγελματίας και πάντα πρόθυμος να μας εξυπηρετήσει και να μας δώσει χρήσιμες συμβουλές για τη διαμονή μας στη Βενετία.
