Geweldige hotel op prachtige locatie met prima service
Pros:

De ligging maar zeker ook de sfeer in het authentieke, antieke Palazzo. Stijlvol ingericht in een mix van tradities en design. Daarnaast ontzettend vriendelijke receptie die ook de ontheffing voor de ZTL voor je regelt
Daarnaast kun je ontbijt regelen in vlakbij gelegen bar Cavour. Ook dat was prima!

A great base in a wonderful city
Pros:

We stayed here for three nights in June, the location is perfect, opposite the Duomo and the Baptistry. The room was enormous and had a little kitchenette with a hob and basic cooking stuff if you should need it. The hotel is very quiet and there is excellent soundproofing from what little street noise there is. Breakfast is a little different, served in a room in a cafeteria reached from the courtyard of the hotel. In common with most Italian hotel breakfasts it’s basic but we were cheerfully served with eggs, toast, and even avacado on toast on request.

There is a pleasant pavement bar/restaurant next door, and some excellent restaurants in the next street. Parma itself is a beautiful laid back city and this place makes you feel a real part of it.

Ottima cordialità e disponibilità alla ricezione, posizione fantastica e struttura pulita.

Ottima posizione e parcheggio a 200metri

Cons:

Purtroppo nell'appartamento da 6 persone c'è un solo bagno, questo per me è impensabile e terribile. Vuol dire organizzarsi perché chiaramente in 6 fare la doccia e prepararsi dopo una giornata in città diventa lunga.

A wonderful place to stay for a stop over in Parma!
Pros:

It's in the perfect location, couldn't be more central! It's a beautiful old building and great value. We loved it for a 2 night stop over!

Cons:

The rooms are a little dated and the parking situation is a little tricky. Otherwise it was great.

Excellent Historic Vibe and comfort
Pros:

The historic vibe of the room (we had a family suite for the 3 of us). The location in the center of the main historic landmarks. Many restaurants very near the hotel. While there was a busy/touristy vibe during the day, we had a room facing the inner courtyard and it was very quiet.
The parking was in a nearby locked courtyard which was great.
The staff was very friendly and super helpful.

Cons:

The location is surrounded by one-way streets. Some are one way only during the day and Google maps didn't seem to know that. But we managed to get there in the end - so more of a Google Maps problem than a Hotel problem.

Exceptional location, great staff. You'll feel very much at home!
Pros:

The location is exceptional. You can walk almost anywhere, including the station, which is what we did. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and really went the extra mile.
