Cons:

Es ist zweckmäßig aber sehr abgewohnt,
Im Bad sind Abdeckungen defekt,
Duschabtrennung defekt,
rostig und teils schwarzes Silikon
Der Fernseher ging nicht,
der Fussboden hat auch schon bessere Tage erlebt.
Das war in 3 Zimmern der 2 Etage das gleiche Bild.
In der Strasse sind viele Drogenabhängige, teils deswegen lautes Geschrei, ist halt Bahnhofsviertel, nur eine Querstrasse zum Rotlicht.
