Bardzo udany rodzinny pobyt z dobrym stosunkiem jakości do ceny.
Pros:

Hotel bardzo dobry jako baza dla rodzinnego wypoczynku (raczej na maks. 6-7 nocy). Duży plus za all inclusive, basen i dobrą organizację. Pokoje były wystarczające, personel pomocny, a lokalizacja wygodna do wycieczek po okolicy (Altea, Villajoyosa, komunikacja miejska). Dla rodzin z dziećmi to praktyczny wybór z dobrym stosunkiem jakości do ceny. Ogólnie udany pobyt, szczególnie jeśli priorytetem jest wygoda i odpoczynek.

Cons:

Śniadania bardzo słabe i monotonne – to najsłabszy punkt pobytu. Windy działały wolno i w godzinach szczytu często trzeba było długo czekać. Okolica jest bardzo turystyczna i mocno nastawiona na zagranicznych gości, szczególnie Brytyjczyków, więc osoby szukające bardziej lokalnego, hiszpańskiego klimatu mogą odczuć niedosyt.

Not so great hotel
Pros:

Located in a good location, just a couple of minutes from the main shops and beach. Atmosphere was non existent and the majority of bar staff were miserable. There rooms were dated but very clean and spacious. The food was very samey everyday but okay. We ate out quite a bit to vary options. The pool was very cold and your only allowed a certain size rubber ring, no other inflatables and there were cigarette ends scattered about everyday.
The drinks were nearly pure alcohol, sometimes you couldn't even drink them and when you asked to have less alcohol they called you a name which I won't repeat.
The entertainment was obismol, at 11.30 at night it was karaoke and the majority of time it was 5 year old's just standing on the stage not knowing the words and you also have to pay for more drinks as the all inclusive is closed by then.
Overall we had a great time in benidorm but wouldn't return to this hotel.
