Que no hubiera nadie en recepción
El hotel era bastante hostil, tenía cucharachas y la cama dejaba mucho que desear. Además nos estuvieron molestando desde la 7 am el servicio de limpieza que no hacía más que comunicarse con gritos y arrastrando muebles. Súper decepcionante.

The aircon in the room was super effective, with 41 degrees celsius outside, the room remained cool the whole time. The room is rather basic, but functional, something you would not think when looking at the building outside. The hotel is located just outside the old city walls. Getting up there with car can be tricky, as the streets are very narrow and many one way streets, so Google Maps might not be your best friend at all times.
While they do offer parking for a fee, and it's right underneath the hotel, to get the car into the garage took some effort from us when arriving, so for those not used to driving in tight spaces, I would opt for another solution!

Quaint little hotel, very easy to access using the app. Small but comfy room, quiet at night. I enjoyed my stay in Toledo. I left the car in a free parking, 15 min away, and everything was safe and sound. The hotel is close to the escalator, and there is a small cafeteria nearby, which stays open the entire day, so you can have a snack during the famous Spanish siesta 🤭

the rooms were comfortable/ location was good right outside all town
we arrived very late and had a bit of challenge getting in- lucky another guest was returning to the hotel and helped us. Also we got confused with breakfast being included but it was not.

Location.
The aircon could not cope with 40c temperatures, so the room was too hot for comfort. The balcony was littered with bird poo and the sun umbrella was unusable due to poor condition and full of holes. We only stayed one night despite booking two.
