Cómodo pero abría que mejorar

Estaba bien ubicado

Cons:

Me pareció muy caro el parking para lo difícil que era aparcar.
Las sábanas estaban sucias,entiendo que no se llegaron a dar cuenta.
Y sobretodo que iba la cerradura con un pin de números y estos funcionaban mal. Daba error y una de las veces nos quedamos sin entrar en la habitación,intenté llamar al número de urgencia y me salía que no atendía llamadas…finalmente esperando un rato a la una de la mañana pudimos acceder a la habitación.

Pour moi ce n'est pas un hôtel quand doit faire un code d'entrer à 17h15 avec normalement un accueil à la réception de prévu à cette heure ci.

One night stop to break long journey and see Toledo.
Pros:

A good location to walk to the old town and sights.
Restaurants and bars nearby.
Small and quiet at night even though in a city.
Car park under hotel, leave safely and walk.

Cons:

We had difficulty finding the hotel even using Google Maps.
We used the hotel car park, only room for 6 cars and struggled to get our car in as it is quite long.
No staff presence except morning.

It was good value for money.
Pros:

It was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable with good quality sheets. The bathroom had a lovely walk in shower.

Cons:

We booked as it said there was parking in the basement but we realised it was self check in via keypads and no instructions or way to access the parking.
It was quite difficult to find as in a very narrow street and I asked someone (I speak a little Spanish) and he kindly drove in front and showed us the way.

Hôtel tranquille avec un personnel accueillant
Pros:

Proximité de l'hôtel du centre historique et parking privé sur place (même s'il était payant) car impossible de se garer prêt les places disponibles qui sont autour de l'hôtel en zone verte sont réservées aux résidents

Great location, in Toledo
Pros:

Great location. This is quite a basic hotel but had everything you need. Comfortable beds and very clean. Great air conditioning

Cons:

The hotel advertised parking, but that’s not strictly true. They have a garage with only a few parks that are delegated on a first come basis. The parking in the vicinity is not that close and although we found paid parking nearby eventually, it was not before receiving a 60 euro fine for stopping in a residential zone. Do NOT park in any green parking bays, they are for residents. I think this hotel is perfect if you don’t have a car, but not so great if you’re travelling by car.

La ubicación y la reserva de la plaza de garaje

Cons:

Las camas son muy incómodas.
El precio de 118 la noche desorbitado para lo poco que ofrece la habitación y el hotel.
Que no tenga recepción 24 horas o al menos durante todo el día. Me parece que es muy complicado el método que ofrecen de hacer la llegada para por ejemplo una persona mayor. No es una intuitivo y funciona regular.
Además el teléfono que tienen para llamar es solo por WhatsApp.
