Pros:

Hotel comodo per visitare Siena. Personale gentile e disponibile. Piscina ottima per rinfrescarsi delle calde giornate e comoda la possibilità di usufruire dei teli per la piscina forniti dalla struttura

Cons:

Personalmente toglierei la moquette presente nel corridoio (le camere ne sono già sprovviste) e sostituire la vasca presente in una delle camere con la doccia

Sprei, deken wat oudbollig, viezig. Buiten bij zwembad net te weinig bedjes einde middag

Udvarias, segítőkész személyzet, kiválóan karbantartott medence, étkeztetésnél megértően és tamogatóan odafigyeltek az étel intoleranciákra!!!

Cons:

A menükártyán illetve fizetésnél a pénztárgép által közölt árak nem minden esetben voltak egyezőek!

Soggiorno perfetto per godersi una bella giornata di Relax a 2 km dal centro di Siena raggiungibile anche s piedi. Bellissima la zona esterna con piscina sdraio lettini ed ombrelloni. Camere confortevoli belle e pulite. Colazione molto buona. TOP!

Ens ha agradat el recepcionista que hi ha a la tarda, molt simpàtic i agradable. La piscina també està bé. Té un pàrking gratuit just al costat.

Cons:

La nit que vam arribar ens vam dutxar, i atès que la dutxa està al mateix nivell que el terra, s’escapava l’aigua, inundant així tot el terra del bany.
L’endemà, en explicar-lo a la senyora de recepció, ens va comentar que havíem reservat una habitació econòmica, i que això comportava acceptar que hi poguessin haver desperfectes. En cap lloc posava que això fos així. Ens va donar la sensació que era una excusa, simplement no ens van voler canviar d’habitació. Tampoc ens va agradar massa la manera de comunicar-nos-ho.
A més, els llits no són massa còmodes i a les habitacions de la planta baixa es nota molt el soroll de les tuberies (la meva parella quasi no va poder dormir).
En definitiva, no estem gens contents.

Sicuramente la posizione molto bella. La nostra camera affacciava sulla strada,ma non abbiamo sentito nessun rumore. Abbiamo dormito molto bene,il letto era veramente comodo. Buona anche la colazione, le torte erano favolose, e il personale molto gentile
