Perfect location to explore beautiful Siena made even better by very helpful staff
Pros:

First of all the hotel staff were some of the most helpful and friendly I’ve ever met. We contacted them before our stay to ask for help booking a restaurant on the day of the Palio, they were very helpful and booked a very good place for us. On arrival they were full of really helpful advice which definitely made our stay. The hotel itself was just perfect, only a short walk from the centre, very clean rooms, a lovely breakfast, all topped off by the relaxing pool area where we enjoyed a drink or two.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Hizo su función pero desde luego no repetiría.
Pros:

La limpieza, y la señora de la limpieza era muy amable. Me gustó que tuviera recepción 24 horas y la ubicación ya que para realizar el viaje por la Toscana estaba estratégicamente bien ubicado.

Cons:

Que se venda como un hotel de 3 estrellas una habitación vieja, con daños en el baño, con una cama "superior comfort" que en realidad son dos colchones juntos, duros...es bastante depecionante.

Pros:

Qualità/ prezzo, ottima. La piscina è comodissima. Fresca e di due profondità. I lettini bordo vasca, un bel bagno rinfrescante rendono la giornata perfetta dopo il giro in centro. Lo staff molto professionale e gentilissima. La vicinanza al centro storico, facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici che si fermano a 20 metri.

Cons:

Forse un pochino datata. Un piccolo consiglio, il bordo della piscina verso la parete ha bisogno di essere pulito.
