Réceptionniste accueillante,une très bonne explication de l'hôtel . Nous a donné un plan de ville avec les indications pour se rendre dans le centre ,top.
Chambre lit jumeaux de bonne taille . Bemol sur la salle de bain très petite

Hideous mattresses; bad night sleep. Because of this alone, I would never stay here again.

Cons:

The pads felt like something out of the 1970s. They were metal spring coils with a thin veneer of pad over it. Unbelievable, That there exists hotels in a first world country with such hideous mattresses. I could really care less about whether a hotel is updated. I have to sleep. Horrible night sleep on the mattress. I cannot believe that the owners do not invest at least in some cheap memory foam mattresses, which are so cheap these days.

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour le petit déjeuner, personnel très aimable, proche de Sienne parking santa Catherina 5 mn en voiture, puis escalier mécanique pour monter au centre de Sienne, ville fabuleuse. Piscine bien appréciée.

Ottima soluzione per chi arriva in auto, ma non solo!
Pros:

Arrivando in auto a Siena è comodissimo alloggiare qui. C'è la fermata del bus a lato che ti porta in 8 minuti in centro. La piscina inclusa nel prezzo è un plus notevole, con noleggio teli gratuito! I biglietti del bus si possono acquistare alla reception.

Cons:

Il bagno in camera è un pò " basic". Ha la doccia nella vasca da bagno. Ma non è un grosso problema...

Wir waren mit unserer Tochter dort und das Zimmer war von der Grösse her ok und sauber war es auch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Hotel ist jedoch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Auch gab es Probleme mit dem Strom. An einem Tag ging mehrere male der Strom bei uns im Zimmer weg und beim Frühstück ging beim Toaster jedes mal die Sicherung raus.
Das Frühstück war eher schlecht. An zwei Tagen hatte ich Brötchen, damit hätte mal Fenster einschlagen können, so hart waren die.
