Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und wir konnten zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben mit der Familie drei Nächte in dem Hotel verbracht und es war sehr angenehm.

Excellent location and wonderful staff. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast served on the rooftop, which offered a great atmosphere. The Food & Beverage Manager was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure every guest had an enjoyable Turkish breakfast experience. Thank you, Sir, for your outstanding hospitality.

Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money in a fantastic location. I would happily stay here again.

Cons:

The rooms could benefit from better sound insulation, as they can be a bit noisy.
There is currently a lot of construction taking place in the surrounding area, which may be disruptive if you're looking for a quiet stay.
Parking spaces are limited and may not be available during peak periods.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money in a fantastic location. I would happily stay here again.

An excellent stay with outstanding hospitality, professional service, and great value for money.
Pros:

Excellent stay and exceptional service. Special thanks to the Front Office Managers, Mr. Aydin and Mr. Talip, for their professionalism, friendliness, and outstanding support throughout our stay. Their recommendations and guidance on visiting local tourist attractions were extremely helpful and greatly enhanced our experience.
The breakfast was also excellent. Mr. Seckin, the Food & Beverage Manager, was highly professional, attentive, and welcoming. He ensured we were well looked after, and the staff were courteous with no language barriers at all.
I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional hospitality, excellent service, and great value for money.

Cons:

Nothing significant. My stay was very pleasant, and I was satisfied with both the service and facilities. The only minor issue was that the reception area felt a little warm at times.

Magnífico Hotel en Estambul
Pros:

De los mejores hoteles en Estambul, en relación calidad-precio. Muy bien situado, cercano a todo y con un tranvía a 2m. Solamente por el desayuno, en una magnífica terraza con vistas al Bósforo, ya merecería la pena la reserva. Personal muy amable, en especial Seçkin Kaya, en el comedor, muy atento y agradable. Para repetir.

En trevlig vistelse med ett utmärkt läge, rent rum och fantastisk personal, även om hotellet inte ri
Pros:

Hotellet levde inte riktigt upp till de 4 stjärnor som det stod att det hade. Trots det var det helt okej. Jag tror att de flesta hotellen i området håller ungefär samma standard eftersom det är ett äldre område med äldre byggnader.
En stor eloge till Seçkin abi som arbetade vid frukostbuffén. Han var otroligt trevlig och en fantastisk människa. Jag är säker på att övrig personal också var bra, men han utmärkte sig verkligen genom sitt vänliga bemötande och sin fina kontakt med gästerna under frukosten.
Det jag gillade mest med hotellet var läget. Man kunde promenera till Hagia Sofia, Grand Bazaar och många andra historiska sevärdheter.
Rummet vi fick var rent och rymligt för fyra personer, med två enkelsängar och en stor dubbelsäng.
Sammanfattningsvis ger jag hotellet 8 av 10.

Perfekte Lage.
Pros:

Wir fanden die Lage perfekt: genau zwischen dem herausgepützelten historischen Distrikt und der Galatabrücke zum modernen Quartier oder Fähre zum asiatischen Teil. Dh für alles relativ nah und in einem gefühlt authentischeren Chaos, jedoch trotzdem in einer ruhigen Gasse. Sichere Gegend. Die Dachterrasse ist schön für das Frühstück. Frühstückspersonal sehr aufmerksam, ok Auswahl und man kann auch noch Eierspeisen bestellen. Zimmer sauber.

Cons:

Es ist im Juli sehr warm im Zimmer und der AC nicht sehr stark. Es ging, könnten aber besser sein. Dusche wechselt ständig zwischen heiss und kalt. Wenn einem das wichtig ist: es sieht alles etwas älter und weniger toll aus als auf den Fotos. Uns war das egal weil einwandfrei sauber.
