Arrivati mi hanno proposto un appartamento più grande rispetto al prenotato ed a loro dire allo stesso prezzo. Invece c'è stato applicato un sovrapprezzo non previsto... Non corretto commercialmente.... Sa tanto di presa in giro....

Pros:

the location of the hotel is amazing, it's right next to metro station and the square is the center of everything, so getting into old town is straight forward.

Cons:

Our terrace didn't have roof and it was really warm. Would've had opposite problem with rain.

With regard to our stay, please be informed that the hotel did not notify us about the ongoing construction work taking place at the main entrance of the property.

In the morning, the loud noise from drilling machines made it impossible for us to sleep and significantly affected our comfort during our stay. We believe this information should have been communicated to guests in advance so that they could make an informed decision regarding their booking. Had we been aware of the construction work, we would have considered choosing a different hotel.

erken geldim 15:00 da check in olduğunu erken girmek istediğin her saatte 10 euro fazla ödemem gerektiği söylendi yani odakar hazırdı ama sırf para için perişan edildim bu tutum yanlıştı ayrıca 2 kişilik stüdyoda kaldım resimlerdeni mutfak dolaplarıyla alakası yoktu ayrıca yerlerin parkesi öyle eskiydi ki resimler resmen yapay zekayla değiştirilmiş
