De centrale ligging vlakbij alle bezienswaardigheden in Zaragoza en vlakbij de vele terrasjes. De grootte van het appartement en de aanwezigheid van een waterkoker en een wasmachine plus droogrekken.
Standaard hotel, appartement groot maar sfeerloos en vrij aandachtsloos ingericht. Ontbijt redelijk, genoeg keuze maar de kwaliteit van bijvoorbeeld het brood kan beter.

Très bel hôtel et très confortable. Près de tout, stationnement au sous sol très pratique! Belle attention du personnel aussi en nous accueillant avec une petite bouteille de vin mousseux.

Das Apartment wurde erst kürzlich renoviert und ist gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt, etliche Restaurants in der Nähe. Parkmöglichkeit besteht in der Tiefgarage des Gebäudes. Check-in klappte bestens. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Die Betten könnten größer sein.
We booked a 1 bed roomed apartment,the separate bedroom, lounge,kitchen and bathroom were great .
The beds were comfortable and linen good quality.The bathroom was very nice with a great shower and good water pressure.The kitchen has a stove,oven,fridge,microwave,dishwasher ,kettle and toaster.The pans and pots were stored in the oven which we only discovered on the 2nd day!You have to request a cleaning pack from reception for dish washing liquid,drying cloth and dishwasher tabs.We received a complimentary bottle of bubbly with personalised letter on arrival which is a lovely touch,thank you.
A clothes drying rack is very handy especially when travelling for a long time and washing needing to be done.
Breakfast on the top floor was good and the city views of the skyline are beautiful.
We unfortunately got stuck in the elevated for over half an hour. Being in a foreign country it is difficult as you cannot make phone calls on a data e sim plan.We did push the emergency call button on numerous occasions and it is very loud, no staff came to check on us.We eventually got through to the call centre for the elevator company and the lady could not assist in English despite us pointing out we did not speak Spanish.No staff from the hotel came to check on us or reassure us at any stage. Eventually the elevator moved and took us all the way down to basement level 3.My wife was terrified and walked all 11 floors of stairs back to our apartment refusing to get back in the faulty elevator.
The reception staff as well as manager were not helpful at all and made no attempt to reassure us or compensate for this .It was handled very badly and as a guest we had expected to at least be reassured we were safe!!!

Une excellente réceptionniste qui se nomme Laora très professionnelle et très serviable. Appartement grand et très propre. Le spa est aussi un plus non négligeable.
