Great location and friendly staff but house keeping was a big let down.
Pros:

Location was great! Everything accessible and centrally located.

Cons:

House keeping didn’t turn up even after staying for 3 nights. So by the end of 3rd day the room was a mess but there was no staff to clean the room.

Great location!

Cons:

It’s old, so you get what you paid for - nothing against the hotel, I knew what I was booking. The only thing I really didn’t like was the polyester bedding.

Great stay and very convenient location for the price. Would stay again.
Pros:

Great location, nice room, and good views. Central to a lot of SF

Cons:

Bed was like a rock and there was 2 thin sheets and a hospital blanket. 4 thin pillows. I’m not a picky sleeper, but I was quite uncomfortable on this bed.

On ne le recommande à personne cet hôtel!!!!
Pros:

On n’à pas pris de petits déjeuners.
J’avais écrit bien avant d’arriver a San Francisco pour une navette.
L’hôtel m’avait répondu par mail qu'il n’y a pas de navette pour l’aéroport à l’hôtel mais à notre départ il y en aurait un pour nous emmener à l’aéroport.
Et le matin de notre départ à l’accueil on a essuyé un non décisif ! Il a fallu appeler vite pour trouver uber sinon on aurait raté l’avion!!!!
Je peux prouver le mail que l’hôtel mnav1it répondu! C’est inadmissible et pas du tout correct!

Cons:

La vétuste des chambres !!!! L’eau chaude inexistante! L’eau tiède pour se laver ! Aussi lorsque on va dans la salle de bain et qu’on allumé la lumière le vvmc fait un bruit assourdissant pour ceux qui sontcdans la chambre! C’est horrible!

Location was nice but would not stay here again.
Pros:

We could walk most places we went to.

Cons:

The bed was extremely hard. The bathtub was filthy and clogged while we were there. The carpet had big clumps of hair in several places.

Wonderful location, decent price for the facilities
Pros:

Location was right next to Dragons Gate Chinatown. It was easy to get to hotel travelling on the BART from
SFO Airport. 10 mins walk to shops including Macy, Target. Property was clean.
