The staff was very good and the location was great if you’re attending the ball games.
Pros:

Proximity to Wrigley Field

Cons:

The breakfast area we’re the food and coffee was located was very small and hard to navigate when more than three guests were in there.

There was some sort of cleaning smell that bothered my husband but not me. We never did find the source and our stay was short.

Nice hotel for downtown Chicago easy walk to Wrigley field
Pros:

Our 2 room suite was all we needed, but a little smaller than expected. Beds were very comfortable. There were large comfy robes in the bathroom. The shower was nice. The hotel is easy walk to Wrigley Field. Parking through the hotel was cheaper than using an app for "city parking". The breakfast was simple scrambled eggs and sausage, but more than expected. Buns and fruit and juices were available. Seating area for breakfast was very small but enough for 4 of us. Overall, I paid less than I would have at other similar hotels in the area.

Cons:

The staff at check-in seemed flustered with too many tasks, taking care of a lady with parking issues and reflected that to me after the lady left. There was no extra blanket for the pull out sofa bed, but the room temperature was easily adjusted.

Pros:

Very clean. Great walking location to restaurants and bars. Staff friendly.

Cons:

Not much place to sit for breakfast. The mattresses could be replaced

Came for the baseball game and it was in walking distance.
Pros:

I love that they had parking for the location. Plenty of restaurants and grocery store. Overall nice neighborhood.

Cons:

I had the room closest to the breakfast area. It was annoying when the door kept slamming. Hopefully the next time I'll get a quieter room area.
